It is taking too long I get up standing in front of the door. Mum's scream cease and I don't hear it for two minutes.
I start panicking. My heart beats increases and tears is stinging my eyes.
"Mum." I mumble under my breath. Then I hear, a loud tiny wail. A cry. My ears peak up and I look at the door.
It is a baby's cry. The door crack open and I wait, aunt sheila is looks at me with blood on her hands.
"Go get more towels and another bowl, a more bigger one this time." She says to me.
I quickly nod running to the kitchen and turning on the gas once again. I put a larger kettle with two times as much water as in the first.
I run to my room grabbing four towels. I go back to the kitchen and switch the gas off. This time I don't forget to grab it by the handle.
I pour the water on the bigger bowl and carefully walk upstairs. But Mum's ear splitting scream almost made me drop the hot water.
