Another day, another time to improve. Sirean stretched her arms out and quickly to the bathroom to get herself ready for school. School, another day with her gals. As soon as she finished preparing herself, she quickly went downstairs to greet her beloved parents and her brother.
"Good morning!"
"Good morning, sweetie" her mom greeted
"Good morning, my princess. Did you sleep well?" her dad said
"Yep!" Sirean replied
Sirean sat down beside her brother and started eating. When she finally finished her breakfast, she quickly put her shoes on and bid her parents and brother goodbye. Sirean's school is just a few blocks away from her house so she arrived early and was greeted by Vivian and Katelyn. Her two bestfriends and also her teammates.
"Good morning~" they both greeted
"Morning!" Sirean greeted back and smiled
The three of them started walking to their classroom silently until Katelyn broke the silence.
"So, I heard that we'll be having another practice tomorrow. A boys vs girls match" Katelyn said
"Yeah, I heard it too" Vivian replied
"Wait what?" Sirean asked in confusion "I didn't know that. Where'd get that kind of information, blockhead?"
"Seriously? Blockhead?" Katelyn said with a straight face
"Just answer my question" Sirean playfully said while rolling her eyes
Vivian giggled at your small argument before answering your question "We overheard Coach's conversation when she was on the phone"
"Oh ok. I wonder when though..." Sirean said as she placed her index finger on her chin
"I think Coach will tell us after practice. Now c'mon it's almost time" Vivian said before running off
Sirean and Katelyn just shrugged and started running to their classroom. When they arrived, you directly went to your seat where all love letters were placed and just in time their teacher arrived, immediately starting the lesson.
'Another six hours of hell for me, yay.' Sirean thought

It was already time for Sirean to head to the gym but she can't since she was assigned to clean up in short cleaning duties. On the other hand, everyone was already gathered in the gym without Sirean. As soon as Sirean finished her duty, she sprinted towards the gym.
"Sorry I'm late" Sirean smiled as she went in
"Why were you late, Missy?" Their coach asked raising a brow
"Cleaning duties, Coach" Sirean answered
Their coach just nodded and told them to go back to practice. After practice, Sirean started to clean up like putting the balls back in the basket and etc. Their coach called Sirean and her teammates for a meeting before dismissing the day.
"So tommorow, we'll be having a practice match" their coach announced
"A boys vs girls match, am I right?" Sirean asked
"Yes, how'd you know?" Umiko, coach beamed
"A little birdie told me" Sirean said looking at Katelyn
"I'm guessing Katelyn is the little birdie" their coach exclaimed
"What time coach?" their team libero asked
"The practice match will start at 9 so don't be late" their coach answered "no more questions? Ok you are dismissed"
You, Vivian and Katelyn exited the gym together when you heard Rizumu's stomach growling
"Hungry are we?" Sirean asked in a rather teasing voice
"Yeah...." Katelyn chuckles while scratching the back of her neck
"Wanna go get some buns?" Vivian offered
"YES PLEASE!" Katelyn exclaimed
Sirean immediately covered her ears due to Katelyn's loudness "The hungry pig is back, Izumi" she teased causing Katelyn to pout
"I'm not a pig! I'm cute human being" Katelyn said proudly
"Yeah right" Sirean scoffed
"Oh stop it you two. I know a place to get us some yummy buns" Vivian said
The three of them started walking in the Valentine street where the store Vivian was talking about was located.
On their way to the store they were discussing what to do at tomorrow's practice match.
"So what's the plan for tomorrow?" Katelyn asked
"Same as usual. Stay calm and determine" Sirean quoted
"What if they're strong? Should we still do the usual?" Vivian asked
"Doesn't mean that their boys, they can defeat us that easily. Like c'mon girls, who rules the court?" Sirean sheepishly smiled at them
"Girls!" They smiled
"That's what I'm talking about. Never doubt your skills because look at us now?" Sirean said while giving them your Queenly smile
"Well, I guess your right, Sirean" Rizumu said
"We've come this far so why doubt ourselves now?" Vivian smiled
"Yes. We've come this far but that also doesn't mean we have to act all high and mighty" Sirean exclaimed in a serious tone
"That sucks! I don't even care what's my status now. A famous person or not. I don't even care" Katelyn laughed
"Staying humble is always a good thing" Vivian quoted
"Yes. But that also doesn't mean that we're already strong, we should stop improving. We should always keep on improving so that whatever may be the challenge, we can beat it with no worries" Sirean exclaimed
The two nodded and smiled at Sirean which she returned the favor and smiled back
"So tomorrow....." Katelyn trailed off
"What about tomorrow?" Vivian asked while Sirean was still listening
"Do you think we should give our best or just plain play?" Katelyn asked
Vivian looked at Sirean which she started thinking about Rizumu's question
"Well..... If they're really strong then we should give it our all. Don't wanna get scolded by coach. But for me, strong or not, we should always give it our all. What's the point of playing your favourite sport when you're just gonna give your all when the opponents are strong?" Sirean answered
"Right. Sorry" Katelyn said
Sirean chuckled " Since when did you apologize to me? Well this is new. Write that down, Izumi" she teased
"Great way to ruin my mood, Sirean" Katelyn pouted
Sirean scoffed at Katelyn's reaction
"You're welcome" she smiled at her
Vivian just playfully rolled her eyes. There was a long silence until Katelyn's stomach started to growl again. Sirean started laughing at this phenomenon.
"Are you really that hungry!?" Sirean laughed
"Leave me alone. Hmph!" Katelyn pouted while blushing
"Ok... If you say so~" she replied
"Ok, stop that. We're almost there" Vivian chuckled
"Yes! Finally!" Katelyn cheered
Sirean and Vivian just chuckled at their friend's childish act though Sirean can be more childish than her right now.
