Ji Yanran felt worried, but nothing happened in the next couple of minutes. So she just kept a watchful eye on the Snow Fox, worried about anything it does.
"So what do we do with the egg and the fox? Do we take it with us?" asked Qu Lili as she rubbed the head of the Snow Fox.
Qu Lili's question made Ji Yanran look at the Snow Fox in trepidation, wondering what it's reaction would be to Qu Lili's question.
"..."
The Snow Fox did nothing, it remained on Qu Lili's laps with it's eyes closed as it enjoyed the soft caresses of Qu Lili.
Ji Yanran, nervous about what the Snow Fox may do, let Qu Lili make the decision.
"Why don't you do it?" she asked with a smile, hiding the small amount of fear she has for the Snow Fox that's currently too strong for her or Qu Lili. Even their joint effort to defeat the Snow Fox would result badly with them defeated.
Blinded by the cute appearance of the Super Creature, the Snow Fox, Qu Lili happily lifted it up and smiled.
"I'll take both the egg and the Snow Fox. After all, they might be relatives and we can't keep them separated," said Qu Lili as she set the Snow Fox aside and put away the Super Egg safely in her bag.
"Great, let's get a move on then," said Ji Yanran with a nervous smile.
Ji Yanran hurried out of the cave and went outside for a breather, worried about the next coming days as they travel with the Snow Fox that may or may not be dangerous.
Sighing, Ji Yanran relaxed herself a bit. She knew that this was all in her head, but she just couldn't help herself after seeing the playful smirk of the Snow Fox.
Sitting down on a nearby rock, Ji Yanran stretched out her legs, requiring her to put her hands on the floor behind her.
Click!
"?"
Sitting up rapidly, Ji Yanran looked around, wondering what that noise was. Turning around slowly, Ji Yanran looked down to where her hands were just resting.
Right where there was supposed to be dirt, Ji Yanran found a small metal box opening. If Ji Yanran was guessing correctly, she believed that she may have accidentally opened the metal box.
Peering into the mysterious box, Ji Yanran watched as the light of the sun slowly revealed the contents inside the metal box.
Inside was a small jade bottle with a piece of paper there next to it.
Inspecting the box further, Ji Yanran found nothing else.
"What is this?" she whispered to herself as she looked back to the entrance of the cave, wondering when Qu Lili would come out of the cave.
Looking back at the box, Ji Yanran slowly reached inside the box and pulled out both the jade bottle and the piece of paper.
On the jade bottle was a neat and intricate carving that showcased hundreds of animals seemingly jumping out of the jade bottle. The amazing carving had seemingly captured her soul as she saw the illusion of the real versions of the animals ferociously jumping out.
Below the intricate carving was the name of whatever was inside the jade bottle carved into the bottle itself.
[Divine Marionette Pellets]
'Qing Tian mentioned this thing before…' thought Ji Yanran as she slowly opened the jade bottle and was shocked when a powerful and sweet medicinal aroma escaped the jade bottle.
Acting quickly, Ji Yanran swiftly closed the jade bottle.
'Can't let it lose medicinal efficacy… whatever it may be…'
Ji Yanran remembered it being mentioned by Qing Tian once in the past, but that's as far as she remembered about the name of the pellets inside the jade bottle.
Pocketing the jade bottle, Ji Yanran looked at the piece of paper and slowly read it.
[Divine Marionette Pellet
Since you don't remember Yanran, the pellet is a product of Alchemy that helps facilitate the process of taming a beast, creature, animal, etc.
I hope you , Ji Yanran, and Qu Lili continue growing stronger. I will be waiting for you.
~ Sincerely, your lover Qing Tian.]
Shocked by the contents of the piece of paper, Ji Yanran didn't know what to say. She looked at the piece of paper with a blank look before slowly coming to her senses after a couple of seconds.
"... He…. He… He was here… Heh… heheh… Tian was here and he somehow knew that Lili and I would be here! I'll never know how he does it," yelled Ji Yanran with a smile and a rosy blush on her cheeks.
She felt a bit sad about the contents of the paper revealing that she might not see Qing Tian until she gets even stronger than she is, meaning that Qing Tian is most likely already in the next Sanctuary.
However, she felt joy right now since it meant that Qing Tian is looking out for them. Which also means that there's still a small chance that he would be visiting them occasionally and it's just that they won't be seeing much of him unlike before.
"What's wrong honey?" asked Qu Lili as she finally came outside of the cave with the Snow Fox in a little pouch she had just spent making for the past 10 minutes.
"It's Qing Tian!" said Ji Yanran out loud.
Qu Lili was elated by the news and instantly perked up upon hearing his name. Looking around, Qu Lili found Qing Tian nowhere in sight, "Are you pulling my leg?"
Ji Yanran laughed and just passed the paper to Qu Lili.
Qu Lili furrowed her eyebrows but still grabbed the piece of paper with a sigh.
Letting her eyes scan the piece of paper and confirm its contents, Qu Lili could only end up happy as well after reading the piece of paper.
"Wow, he's seriously amazing," said Qu Lili as she smiled and carefully folded the piece of paper and put it away.
Nodding in agreement, Ji Yanran brought out the jade bottle containing the Divine Marionette Pelle and passed it over to Qu Lili. With a smile, Ji Yanran said, "I think you should hold onto this for now if you ever want to tame the Snow Fox."
"Hmm… I guess you're right," mumbled Qu Lili, agreeing with her. She put away the jade bottle and smiled at the Snow Fox, scratching it behind the ear.
The Snow Fox liked the feel and happily smiled, enjoying Qu Lili's touch.
"Let us get a move on then," said Ji Yanran with newfound gusto. "Just standing around here won't help us in getting strong enough to reunite with Qing Tian."
"Hehe, you're right," giggled Qu Lili as she and Ji Yanran summoned their mounts at the same time.
Without wasting any time, they both set off and continued their journey.

"Ugh… I feel like I'm missing something…" mumbled Han Sen as he looked around inside an underground cave he found in a certain desert in the First God's Sanctuary.
Walking around confidently, Han Sen was no longer afraid of the butterflies down in the underground cave after undergoing Qing Tian's training.
The butterflies that would explode and heavily damage someone no longer proved a threat to him. Super butterflies that could explode and instantly melt even Super Armor no longer hurt him badly. At most he would suffer some small burns which he could heal quickly from.
Walking around the underground cave, Han Sen felt like something was calling out to him. The further down he went the stronger the feeling became.
"It better not be some psychic creature," thought Han Sen as he smiled nervously. He always tries to prepare for everything after all, even for a Super Creature the size of a fly.
Walking around with a Super sword in hand, Han Sen kept his eyes sharp as he constantly scanned the surroundings and looked for anything.
Finally after searching for many hours, Han Sen had finally found it.
In front of him was a glowing old man that was already dead despite the overflowing life force coming from him. When Han Sen touched the old man, his clothes had disappeared into the wind and all that remained was a rolled paper made from void silk and surprisingly a small USB.
"Weird… this old man has definitely been here for hundreds of thousands of years and yet there's a very modern USB here… is it… HAHA! No way!"
Han Sen began to laugh in disbelief as he looked at some small words written on the USB.
[Property of Qing Tian]
Laughing, Han Sen quickly pocketed the USB and the scroll before running out of the cave and eventually returning to the shelter.
Everyone that participated in the Super Creature Event had already gone onto the next Sanctuary, but he had remained behind. All because of a vague feeling he had that kept on telling him that he was something crucial to his future.Staking his evolution on it, Han Sen stayed behind for a couple of months.
During those months, he spent every waking day traveling from shelter to shelter, exploring various mysterious places.
Just when he was giving up, he returned to Steel Armor Shelter, his home shelter, before suddenly hearing rumors of a burning bird and even a super cunning wolf at a desert near there shelter.
"The desert… I might have missed something there…" he had told himself at the time before rushing over to the desert and exploring it for the next couple of days.
"I stroke gold," Han Sen mumbled to himself as he looked at the USB in his hands. "This is basically my brother Tian's seal of approval. I can't waste such a moment like this."
Han Sen greatly trusted Qing Tian and his words. If he was told by Qing Tian to jump into fire, Han Sen would have listened to Qing Tian and done it. After all, there is always a reason behind the objectives of Qing Tian.
Behind every action of Qing Tian's, there is always a big goal behind it. A goal he accomplishes with the littlest of efforts.
Like once when they were younger and in school, Qing Tian had told Han Sen to place a piece of paper and the edge of his table, far out enough where if someone would bump into it, it would fall.
Such a casual action had allowed Han Sen to become the king of the class and instantly become popular among all the students of the class.
What happened in this classroom?
Simply put, the typical generic bully appeared to make Han Sen's life 'difficult' and was about to attack Han Sen when he suddenly wished to support his body on Han Sen's desk.
Unluckily for him, his hand slipped off the table because of this simple piece of paper. Since he was leaning down on it, the slip was worse than just a simple fall to the ground since his chin perfectly hit the edge of the table, knocking him out in a very swift process.
The bully's friends were about to step up when the first bully slipped on the piece of paper and ended up falling into another bully before both fell down on the ground.
Han Sen was worried about what was happening, so he wished to help up the bully and the bully's friends.
Unluckily, once more, the bullies didn't receive Han Sen's help in time as they crashed into each other and fell on the floor.
It was straight out of a comedy skit terribly made.
At the time, nobody thought about it and only saw Han Sen standing tall before the fallen bullies without a single scratch on his body.
The class erupted into cheers as Qing Tian fell asleep at his desk.
Han Sen couldn't even explain the situation as he turned to look at Qing Tian who had his head down on the table.
'Did he plan this?' thought Han Sen every time something similar would happen occasionally once in a while when certain things would occur because of Qing Tian changing something.
