After the miraculous clear of Floor Three Daiki and Tatsumaki went straight towards the fourth floor yet when they entered it the two of them immediately got assaulted by the feeling of weakness while also feeling that they got cursed or something.
Daiki was fine due to him being immune to pretty much any physical curse but he is still extremely weak against any mind attacks while Tatsumaki was the complete opposite of him.
"Tatsumaki, you and Natalia should stay in Floor 3, it's dangerous here" Daiki said but Tatsumaki shook her head to deny what Daiki had just said.
"GO! We can't leave Natalia alone up there!!" Daiki said firmly, his voice alone was enough to make the ground tremble.
"Alright, but if you need some help don't ever hesitate to contact me, okay?" Tatsumaki asked as she knew full well of Daiki's habits.
"Sure, to you as well" Daiki said as he started walking towards the swamp like fourth floor.
Daiki was starting to find the layout of the dungeon as weird. The first floor looks as if it was built by someone and the enemy is a slime that can pretty much corrode everything yet it was still extremely powerful to the point that if Daiki didn't have all of his skills then he would have died, the second floor is like an ant nest which is underground and was like a maze it was also annoying how an army of ants can be found waiting for you every turn, the third floor is a massive forest that would need at the very least a month to clear even with their strengths, the fourth floor is a swamp that weakens the challenger with slowness poison corrosion and blindness to the point that he felt as if he was a normal human child.
"Every dungeon's floor shouldn't be this spread out" Daiki thought as he himself knew based on books he found in his house that normally every ten floors would have the same theme then the next ten will be different, sure there might be variables or mutations like a mountainous forest, an oasis, a rainforest, a forest filled with snow, a forest of flames, a forest solely made out of crystals, and such.
That is the norm however this dungeon changed themes in every floor which is quite confusing, along with the fact that the enemies in Floor one were all level 80+ should ring some alarm bells.
Daiki continued to search the swamp while moving at a normal pace yet the stamina he consumed were like him using his full power.
Daiki had enough so he started circulating his chi throughout his body making him stronger yet as soon as it was finished he felt his chi evaporate out of his body.
"Eh?" Daiki was confused to say the least so he tried again but the same thing happened, he continued to try this until he felt tired.
"If chi is not going to work then I'll use mana!!" Daiki shouted with irritation and circulated his mana throughout his body only for the same thing to happen again.
"What's this?!! The test of plain stats?!!!" Daiki then felt the growing irresistible urge to beat up the one who made the dungeon he is currently challenging.
Daiki continued treading through the swamp while eating some food, of course he left a opening of his storage space near Tatsumaki so she can eat and drink as well as feed Natalia whenever she wants to as well as change, there is also enough freshwater to take a bath multiple times.
What confused him of the floor he is currently challenging is about the fact that no life threatening situation had befallen him of course this only applied to him but if Tatsumaki was the one challenging then she would most likely have passed out just from the first kilometer and it's not like the dungeon doesn't want to create monsters to make floor 4 challenging, it's just that once the consciousness of the monster gets created it immediately kills itself once they noticed Daiki.
After 10 grueling days of searching he finally found a place where he could descend.
"I am not going to let those two enter here" Daiki firmly swore this as he headed down the flight of stairs.
Once the stairs ended what greeted him was a huge door depicting three gigantic monsters. One who looked like a four legged earth dragon with gigantic horns, it's spine decorated with spikes while also looking armored, it's tail looked like a gigantic sledgehammer. The second Monster looks like a giant serpent with the face of a dragon along with fins of a whale and fish mixture, it's body looks sleek and just the thought of it come at you while your swimming with it's giant mouth open was enough to make you freeze in place even though from far away you would most likely admire it. The third one is a dragon with three heads and looked aerodynamic but that didn't mean that it had no horns or spikes along its back, it only made the horns and spikes bend towards its tail.
Daiki unconsciously gulped in fear, just the thought of fighting one of them was making him loose his mind much less three but then he slapped himself out of his stuppor.
Daiki then tried to circulate both chi and mana throughout his body making his aura burst fort like the clash of two massive glaciers against each other in high speeds.
This mere act alone made the entire continent shake as the amount of chi Daiki has is enough to destroy the entire continent, his body wasn't really supposed to support the mana he currently has, it was only able to thanks to his Dimensional Storage skill.
His chi however is as vast as the universe but the amount he can control is still very tiny compared to his overall potential mostly because of the world's restriction.
Tatsumaki is on the same boat she wasn't meant to hold the amount of chi she has but it was made possible by the unexplainable connection between her and Daiki. Her body is made to contain and control huge amounts of mana but her growth is also halted by the world.
Daiki generate huge amounts of chi within his soul while Tatsumaki does the same thing as him but with mana, both acts were as normal as their hearts beating or breathing air.
