Today is the day that every kid and parents wait for, that is the time where the kids can show they are strong points to the opposite gender which can be the cause for them to be able to be with someone incredible. However not everyone was excited, most notably Luna, Vein, and Rain, these three are not looking forward to it in the slightest.
'I will not let anyone get my little sister!!' Vein and Rain both thought as they're fighting spirit and blood lust scared most of the kids there.
"It's that time of the year again folks! Children that have turned five-year-olds, eight-year-olds, and lastly ten-year-olds!!!" The emcee started to hype things up as the crowd started to cheer.
"Here I am hoping for the return of the black and white duo that dominated this very festival two years ago but there is still a year before they actually return to stage" the emcee said which confused some people while for the ones who knows what he is talking about roared.
"Aren't those two Daiki-niichan and Tatsumaki-neechan?" Luna wondered as she saw figures that looked exactly like Daiki and Tatsumaki in the crowd and the clothes they used when they entered the festival.
"How can that be? Daiki and Tatsumaki are training with Volk-sama and Volpe-sama" Vein said while looking towards where Luna was looking only to see nothing that even resembled the famous duo there.
"Tatsumaki are you really sure they can't see us?" Daiki asked Tatsumaki who is currently right beside him, wearing the same outfit she did when they entered the festival.
"Of course I am sure Daiki or are you doubting me?" Tatsumaki asked while looking straight at Daiki's eyes.
"I believe you but I seem to feel Luna's gaze towards me and it's making me itchy for some weird reason" Daiki said as he repeatedly cooled parts of his body where the itch is coming from.
The two stopped talking to each other after that exchange and focused on the festival however as time passed Tatsumaki also started to feel the icy gaze of Luna on her.
"Let's watch this event on one of the roofs, I can also feel Luna-chan's icy gaze" Tatsumaki said as a chill went down her spine.
"See! I told you so!" Daiki exclaimed then opened a Portal.
"Daiki-niichan, Tatsumaki-neechan please don't leave" Luna begged while grabbing onto the sleeves of their clothes while slightly looking up at them with slightly moist eyes which made Tatsumaki and Daiki get a critical mental attack.
"I-I don't kn-know who you are ta-talking about" Daiki said stuttering unsure about how he would reply to his little sister.
"Don't even try that excuse with me Daiki-niichan, anyone who knows you will easily recognize that it's you and Tatsumaki-neechan" Luna said with a blank look.
"Tch!" Both Daiki and Tatsumaki clicked their tongues in frustration while to everyone outside of Tatsumaki's superior bloodline magic Luna had been talking to empty air the entire time.
"Daiki-niichan, you often forget that most things regarding magic doesn't apply to the two of us due to what you did before reach five years old" Luna said with one of her cheeks slightly puffed up.
"So it was your fault" Tatsumaki said to Daiki but Daiki seems to be staring at empty space.
"Is Daiki using his mana?" Tatsumaki asked Luna who only stared towards Daiki with a confused look.
"Tatsumaki-neechan it's like Daiki-niichan's body suddenly shut down" Luna answered Tatsumaki's question.
"It was nothing, I just felt someone like me and Tatsumaki is here" Daiki answered as his mana repeatedly changes from neutral to the one it changes to when he opens his [Other Dimensional Storage] then back to neutral.
"Daiki are you sure about that?" Tatsumaki asked with a serious expression.
"I am at least sixty percent sure and at most eighty percent sure" Daiki answered.
Tatsumaki looked shocked since the chances of another reincarnator being in the same place with them is better than a coin toss while Luna is just confused not knowing what Daiki and Tatsumaki are talking about.
"What's more is I feel that the person is extremely like me, I need to go out for a bit in order to find that person" Daiki continued.
"If another person as irregular as Daiki appears then..." Tatsumaki said with an empty expression.
"...this world might end" Luna continued with the same empty expression as Tatsumaki.
"Shouldn't Tatsumaki-neesan worry about another matter?" Luna recovered from what Daiki had said and finally able to use her brain properly once again.
"?" Tatsumaki appeared confused at what Luna just asked.
"Daiki-niichan said that someone is extremely like him so~ shouldn't Tatsumaki-neechan be worried that Daiki-niichan might fall in love with that person if that person is a girl?" Luna honestly stated her worry since she would rather share her Daiki-niichan with her Tatsumaki-neechan, Hina, and the other girls in the orphanage since all of them made an agreement than sharing him with someone from outside.
"N? Where is Daiki?" Tatsumaki asked wondering where her fiance is.
"Doesn't Tatsumaki-neechan remember? Daiki-niichan said that he will be searching for that person.
"I... see..." Tatsumaki could only answer while she opened her pendant which showed a key that is pointing at a certain direction.
