After Daiki tailed on the 'crown prince' and his goons for around an hour he got bored and decided to make a black ice wolf pack sculpture with crimson red eyes which makes one reconsider whether they should mess with the wolves then ordered them to follow the fat and ugly crown prince.
Although the black ice wolf pack doesn't have any life or anything remotely related to be able to do autonomous work and even though he could just place a piece of ice in one of them but Daiki decided to look cool while train at the same time.
"[Portal]" Daiki said then a black circle appeared and went inside then appeared beside Tatsumaki who is looking at him with one of her cheeks inflated.
"?" Daiki looked at her with a confused expression.
"Why did you not just straight up say that we're engaged?!" Tatsumaki shouted then slapped Daiki but before she could even land it Daiki looked at her with a serious expression which seemed cold yet warm at the same time which caused Tatsumaki to unconsciously stop her hand.
"Our engagement is still a secret to the world and what I said wasn't wrong in the slightest sense, I am your husband to be that's why it is my job to protect you am I wrong?" Daiki asked.
"N-No... You're right... I just wanted to hear you stand up for me as your wife to be..." Tatsumaki said while sounding dejected but Daiki hugged her even before her tears could form.
"Don't worry next time I will even show it to the entire world if you want and your the only girl I would love wholeheartedly that I swear to the Gods" Daiki said as he started to rub Tatsumaki's back while the maids started to fangirl while the head butler smiled gently along with the head maid. Shizuko and Tatsuya of course has difficult expressions.
Tatsuya despite being the one who wanted to recommend it if Kentarou didn't suggest it himself while Shizuko, who experienced being detained by Daiki while being vastly inferior in strength and techniques yet achieved his goal, could only silently pray for the other Kingdom's safety.
"Hm... That's weird..." Daiki started to mumble with his eyes closed and clearly not moving but one can fell that it was only like a farce.
"What do you mean?" Tatsumaki asked worried.
"There haven't been any merchants nor carriages going or coming from the direction where those bastards are going" Daiki said while still trying to find out why.
'Split' Daiki ordered as the wolf pack split off and started to investigate while one continued to follow.
A while later tire tracks that still haven't faded and seems to be freshly made was seen by one of the wolves eyes. Daiki controlled that wolf and followed it.
After a couple of minutes following the tire tracks mysteriously disappeared which confused Daiki.
'This should be rather normal if a giant beast appeared and ate everything but there should at least be some wood chips or blood splashes around the area' Daiki thought as his expression changed into a complicated one which worried Tatsumaki and the others.
"What's wrong?" Tatsumaki couldn't help herself and asked.
"Something is not right on the road, carriage tracks just abruptly disappeared without a trace along with no blood splashes or wooden chips to signify the destruction of a cart nor any signs of struggle" Daiki answered as he controlled the wolf and looked around the area only to find nothing.
"There is also the matter of the so called 'crown prince' not riding anything on the way back to his Kingdom despite being a supposed royalty" Daiki added while showing a confused innocent expression but the killing intent surrounding him said otherwise.
'This guy...' Tatsumaki silently thought while having a complicated expression while her grandmother also has the same expression but with a given up look.
Meanwhile the Butlers and the Maids all froze due to fear and essentially turned into statues since they normally don't face anything of that level since the Fox or Kitsune Beast people are known for their schemes and slyness but at the same time trustworthy when someone makes a fair deal with them while not being easily angered nor be pointed with hostility upfront yet now they are seeing and experiencing one of the descendants of Great Four Kings who ruled the Beast Continent show off his killing intent not to mention one of the most dangerous ones as they have heard stories of his exploits from their Young Madame who is that person's bride to be.
"Does that mean that there is a extremely high probability that the guy earlier was a fake?" Tatsuya asked Daiki while showing a calm facade sadly his trembling legs said so otherwise.
"Hmm... Father, let me check for a second" Daiki replied then closed his eyes once again while his killing intent started to recede.
The Butlers and the Maids started to breathe easy once again while Tatsuya and Shizuko looked towards them with a panicked expression and signaled them to leave which made them silently thank their masters.
'We wholeheartedly thank you Master/for your sacrifice!!!' Some of them thanked them while adding a slightly irritating phrase but at least no one knew what they were thinking, right?
Tatsumaki started to giggle as she had actually used her [Eyes of Truth] and looked at them while Daiki at that time was searching for things while using his [Eyes of Lies] which in turn allowed them to see what the other party was really thinking for Tatsumaki and for Daiki to easily search for lies and their traces.
Thanks to this coincidence in timing Daiki found out that the title 'Crown Prince' was nothing but a lie yet at the same time the truth since he was only a body double but nonetheless made him angry and accidentally release his killing intent once again which made the Maids and Butlers who were about to leave freeze in their tracks once again, it would have been fine if Daiki had kept the intensity of his killing intent like before however this sadly wasn't the case but instead started to increase while his expressionturned into a scowl.
'Why is this happening to us? we are merely servants so why are we being suppressed like this?!!' Most of them thought until they then realized that they aren't the ones that Daiki is directing his killing intent and are only in the splash zone with least amount of it as well.
