Chapter 7 : The protagonist ability and stupidity
" Don't speak rubbish, who told you to Change your appearance to a child?, A lazy voice answered the little girl's complain. A man enter the room and walks towards them. Tall and lean with a young gentle looking face. This is Song Tian. The current Clan Lord of Song Clan.
"Father," Song Xi made a little bow as courtesy. His father nods at him and settled on the opposite chair. The steward came with refreshments and tea , he poured them some tea then leave.
"Xi shi, do I look bad?," His mother ask and made him look at her. Yes, this little girl is Song Xi's mother . She is Song Hua,the madam of the Song Clan. She has this penchant of changing her appearance whenever she feels like it . Apparently,she chose to be a young girl now and her husband probably don't like it . His own appearance looks very much like his mother. From the silver hair to their faces. They almost like siblings.
"You were always beautiful,mother, " what can he say? Of course ,he needs to pleased her.Song Tian didn't mind the two of them and just sip his tea.
"Xi shi, are you cultivating too much this days till you collapse?," Then his mother put her fingers on his pulse. " Ah Xia said your divine meridian is in chaos ,"

"Hhmm, maybe it's about the opening of The Burial mountain of Ji Zhu," he nonchalantly answer.
"Oh, the ancient clan of Ji burial grounds?,is it opening this decade?," His mother interjected, clearly excited when she heard the word JiZhu.
"Yes mother, the last I visited the location of it, The barrier is already starting to thin. This year ,we can definitely destroy it ,"
That burial mountain of JiZhu is the treasure trove of the Ji clan that died out millennias ago. At their peak of power, They are powerful as the Song clan. But a disaster struck that causes their downfall. They hide their clan grounds in a dimension before dying out. When the dimension is accidentally reveal. The other four clan and other powers already has an information of it. No one can take it all for themselves. They make an agreement to open the dimension and let anyone come inside the dimension. The only problem is the barrier of the dimension. Not just anyone can break it. Only mages with knowledge in dimension can attempt to open that barrier. Or else the whole dimension will fell apart and no one will benefit the treasure of Ji Clan.
Nowadays only few mages has the knowledge about dimension and portals. Luckily,Song clan has one ,and he is even one of the best!.
" If it is this year,there will definitely be a discussion about it," his said and look directly at him. " Is your body fit to do the task? Or will it cause you injury?, answer me truthfully," he added. He knows how his son sometimes over do things . He has the history of injuring himself just to finish a high risk task. The clan won't let him sacrifice his own health just for treasures.
" There is no problem . I'll just ask for assistance when there is something I can't deal with," .He didn't notice the small smile appeared on his face when he answered. He just like the concern this family is showing him .
The two audience stop and stare at him. He looked at the two of them and realized the smile on his face.
"Aaahhhhh! !! Are You a fucking stupid !? What's with that smile!? This Song Xi has an stone face!!! Why did you smile? Aaahhhhh!!! That's OOC! You fucking OOC fucker!, " He is already screaming wildly inside. He wants to drown in the River of tears inside his mind.
While on the outside, He calmly stow his smile away and elegantly return being the stone face he is supposed to be.
