"have you done with you work Jasmine?"
"yes, where are you?"
"I'm coming to pick you up."
as soon as I drop off Martin, I called Jasmine. today she was unable to attend her classes. she was busy with some outside work. I don know what was that. I wanted to know when I called her but somehow she wasn't willing to tell so I skip that part and drive my car to the designated area and park my car around the side of the road. I see that the area was full of people. this might be a busy day for as well for her. I kept waiting.
after a bit, she took her step out of the shop she was in. she looked around her. she seems, she was looking for me. I even wave my hands to her. but she was unable to see it. so I step out of the car and instead of shouting her name I called her.
"Hey! Jasmine. look over here. to your left."
I wave my hands at last and she luckily saw that. she node her head cut the call. she put her phone inside her bag. and while rushing towards me she spoke.
"Mint."
before she can speak any further I asked her to get inside the car. we took our seats, I was about to drive but I think Jasmine was in hurry to acknowledge the matter, so is she asked frankly.
"so Mint, why have you wanted to gather us all in the morning? is there something important?"
"Oh! ya, It was not that much importance that you can consider as important."
"Oh! don't play with words just tell me already. I am very curious to know."
"Jasmine we have. break this weekend right."
"Hmm. ye it is. finally, I can have some relax from my busy schedule. at least from my college life. I will relax for the whole 2 weeks. no assignments. I was exhausted by that. I'm now free from that for 2 weeks."
"that would be great. but, you might not able to enjoy your relaxing days."
"wait! why so?"
"cause, you might hang around with us for a trip. we have some special plans for those weekend. in the morning we discuss and decided and have planned for an outing. you have to come with us."
"😐!!!"
"We have a plan for an outing for the whole 1 week."
"wait! for a whole week🤨. you know right, I have my part-time job. I can not manage to disappear for a whole week. my manager will it grant me that much leave. whenever I get absent for work or take a leave my pay has cut. if I take an about 1-week vacation from my job the payment cut get thrice the size of my normal cut or worst I might have to quit my part-time job forcefully."
"oh! baba, don't go to a conclusion too fast, Listen first.
I know your situation is pretty predictable. I didn't ask you to stay there for a week. instead, you can choose how much and on what days you can take leave from your work. so I was here to ask you about that."
"oh! I'm sorry about my hyper reactions😬. I just thought you are asking me to take a leave for the whole week."
"you.... let it be."
"😅 Now tell me about what have you decided. tell me in more details first. so I can decide what to do."
"Listen, we have a vacation for the whole 2 weeks. so I wanted to take everyone with me to a fun outing. but I know it is not possible to take a break for a whole 2 weeks. I know there is other stuff also to do and I don't think any of our Friends can manage to take that much longer break. so, I shortened it to 1st week only. on 2nd week take time to relax and do what you want."
Ya, I'm pretty sure there is other more thing to do. rather than hanging out with friends. you need to give time to your family sometime need to be alone and make time, listen to your self. or just do hobbies instead. most of us do that. but I case of Jasmine she has her employment it is like livelihood to her. most of the people like Jasmine mainly students who were studying and working jointly won't have times for that. they were busy to make up for their daily requirements. they won't have time for all other stuff and they barely make time for themself. it's harsh, I can understand that. being a self-dependent person is not easy especially when you have to stand on your own feet and earn I appreciate those who can still manage to be best of both worlds.
"We have decided we will take our trip from here to visit Bangkok on the first day on Han's Van. we have planned to go to the amusement park on the same day. on the second day of our tour, we have decided to discover the market place of Bangkok. 3rd day is just packing stuff for the other plan."
"There is more?"
"yup! more, did you think 🤔 that it would be over? I clearly said that it would be of 1 while week. so, from 4th day onwards to 6th day we have a 3-day plan for camping outside in nature away from the city.
how's that sound?"
"Hmm. I'm pretty impressed. you have decided quite good."
"I have explained everything. now it's tour turn. so, when can you join us?"
"Mint, let me think first."
she took a while to think and then she speaks.
"Mint look, I can't join you guys when you make a visit to Bangkok and I'm sorry for that. but I can manage to get leave for 3 days from Thursday to Saturday. I can join you all then.
I'll take a half-day on Wednesday then I will take the bus to the campsite."
"You don't need to take the bus. I'll have someone to pick you up."
"is that so. it's fine with me. my bus fair will be saved in that way🤪. fine I'll come."
Jasmine agree to come along. now I need to tell max.
