torn between her studies and homework . While there was a Triwizard tournament organized and students from two other schools Beauxbatons and Durmstang . And each school was represented by one student except for Hogwarts . Harry Potter and Cedric Diggory were both representing Hogwarts which was weird.
It was mid October . Laura was having her breakfast after eating she was about to leave the Hall someone walked into her . Laura saw it was a Hufflepuff girl with short curly blond hair and blue eyes and goofy teeth . 'Oops sorry ,doll ' she apologized . 'Don't call me that ' Laura hissed . 'Oh , Jillian holtzmann ' she takes her hand out. Laura takes it 'Laura Lestrange.' 'See you around 'holtzmann says with a wink . Laura rolls her eyes.
After all the classes that day Laura went to the astronomy tower she doesn't go there often but the black lake and the quidditch pitch seemed to bore her . She sat down and opened her book suddenly a spooky voice spoke out of nowhere 'Never thought I'll see you here'. Laura gasps then turns around to see the blond she met earliar that day . 'Oh it's you ' she gasps . 'Did i scare you ' Holtzmann wiggles her eyebrows . 'No ofcourse not ' Laura protested . Holtzmann chuckles then sits beside here . 'So do you come here often ?' holtzmann asks . 'No , not really . What about you?' Laura said . 'I come here quite often because I love to read books and some of them are written by muggle authors so if i read them in the common room the others will tease me which will break my concentration so i come down here but why are you here alone ?, people like you should have friends.' holtzmann replied. 'Oh i love reading books too , and I'll tell you some of them are written by muggle authors and i love staying alone .'Laura answered . 'Do you like staying alone all the time ? Aren't you a Lestrange ?' Holtzmann asked . 'No not all the time. And yes I am a Lestrange but after my parents were sent to Azkaban i was bought up by my Aunt Andromeda Tonks . Poor Aunnie was banished from her family because of marrying a muggle-born . She says she misses her family a lot .My parents wanted to sacrifice me after the downfall of the dark lord for his return . My Aunt becomes very sad when someone talks about her family. So i knew better than to ask about my parents . ' Laura explains with a bitter sweet smile on her face .'Oh I'm sorry .' says holtzmann . 'you don't have to be oh Merlin's beard look at time its going to be past curfew in a few minutes , i have to leave see you around .' and with that Laura leaves .
