Lewis read through the monument that stood tall in the cave. He couldn't see the upper part of course because it was too tall. He would need to climb higher the cave to see it.
After leaving to find out more about he's class, he has been unendingly seeing more, exploring more. Even though he had not known anything the lewis that stood before the monument was different from the Lewis that left the Euphoria kingdom less than three months ago.
He looked down at his status window.

Lewis looked at the monument again.
"Did a human really wrote this"
"I doubt that"
Ross emerged from his shadow as he voiced out his opinion,
"Check out the height and markings, it wasn't carved in or built, these are sword marks. The person that wrote this must have been a sword master and also must've been able to fly"
"Definitely not a human uh"
"definitely not"
Lewis walked around and continued to observe and put his thoughts together,
"(Now that I remember the system told me about claiming the legacies of the first sage Meryon who was an elf sage...did this guy Meryon really do this).... How annoying, no matter how much I try I've got no leads towards Meryon's Minglewitch"
"Why don't you try to decipher it"
Lewis looked up, "how do you expect me to..."
"Shadow Tornado"
A black tornado wrapped around both of them and rose up to the edge of the monument.
Lewis read out the monument,
"Seven steps to unlock the path to a true knowledge
1. Leave everything
2. Desire nothing
3. Hope is expensive
4. Love is unreasonable
5. Truth seeks not value not even its own
6. Selfish unto Truth
7. Find me"
Ross talked, "We have limited time, the skill will cancel"
"Drop me"
The shadow tornado disappeared and Ross caught Lewis before he could land his butt on the floor.
He got off him embarrassed,
"this whole thing makes no sense, I understand when he says leave everything.. Desire nothing??? Not even the knowledge I seek for what purpose have I now come this far."
"It does say, find me..."
"Meaning... He's supposed to be dead, we are talking about legacies of over 500 years ago"
"If he's an elf...."
"ahhh... The folktales from earth, don't elves live quite long"
"Yes atleast 900 years"
"We are going to Eldeldan"
"Where is that?"
"An elf kingdom and a member of the Forgan alliance"
"Wow I didn't know there are elf kingdoms on this Continent"
"Me too, not until I did my research, what actually made the empires respect the alliance is because of the race differences... That reminds me, a food I'm cooking should be getting ready to he served right now" Lewis had a grim smile om his face as he left the cave with Ross.

The Eastern Continent was the richest and most beautiful, of course the central artic was beautiful and well acknowledged for their level of technology, the machines, their way of utilizing metals, using magical powered electricity, and many other advanced stuff when compared to the rest of the two continents. Of all the three continents, the northern were the most barbaric, they were so secluded from the world and hardly accommodated any changes but it had a positive effect on them. The Eastern Continent of course was the biggest, and many tribes and intelligent races. Some which have even grown so much to be called kingdoms.
There were two elf Kingdoms in the Eastern Continent, the wood elf which were a common species of elves and the dark elves which were almost extinct but managed to survive and now had their own stand. Following the the elves, there are also the intelligent orcs, their kingdom was barbaric but they had a structure and their strength couldn't be ignored.
The lizardmen Kingdom was also an intelligence that couldn't be underestimated, they managed to grow in numbers and were quick witted.
Of all the nine species including all mentioned the weakest was the goblins, though they had intelligence, they were always victims of greed and got easily manipulated but since they had their King every four years the Goblin shaman and hobogoblins maintained order in the tribe; it was to small and barbaric to be called a kingdom and they had different factions.
The wood elves, dark elves, Grey Orcs, Lizardmens, Beasters, Humans, Fishmen, Goblins and Drogiels which were considered the strongest race of all. These were the races that were in the Eastern Continent.
The wood elves, Grey orcs and Beasters being a part of the Forgan alliance and the Dark elves, Lizardmens, Fishmen and Goblins being a part of the Azure alliance and thr Drogiels being a part of the Culin alliance.
The Azure alliance consisted of folks that were strong enough to defend themselves and were very mindful when it came to going by rules.
The Alliance council gathered at the Azure imperial courtroom to submit a petition for alliance dismissal.
