In less than two weeks after the arrival of a large population of humans in the real world, news had circulated.
all sought of news had circulated kingdoms the Real-world was divided into three-continent, the Northern continent, The Western continent and the Central Artic.
The Western Continent had more dwellers, the Central Arctic contained diverse species and thus was managed by an organization called The Unions, no one knew much about them but everyone knew one of them was strong enough to wage war on an average kingdom with over 500 000 soldiers. But they were never seen in action, they worked from God knows where in other to keep the balance between species, however, the latest occurrences must have been a shock to them too.
The Western Continent consisted of 17 kingdoms and 3 large Empires that repeatedly waged war against themselves for power balance, the 17 kingdoms had to ally with either of the empires to be on a safe footing.
The Western Continent was the largest and housed many unknowns and history, although the other continents also had their history the tales of the western continent was popular among men.
The northern Continent was known for its harsh weather and environment, many that migrated there had found it had to adjust to the environment and have always had to return, though few had settled down there and lived on their lives. Unlike the Western continent, the Northern continent's tale was not common in the mouth of men, not much was known of this Continent and people that dwell here were called foreigners.
Many Kingdoms used this Crisis as an opportunity, even the Empires.
A large population of humans arrived from a weird place they called earth, it could only mean one thing.
The gods decided to bless the land with more men.
Everyone came to this conclusion and with time living had become comfortable, the dwellers of the Real-world called them earthlings and accepted them with joyful hearts, of course, the earthlings had to work.
Perhaps due to the acceptance of the people or the activities of kingdoms and Empires, the earthlings began to get a class quest, professions which could be classified as things they did best while they were on earth, that now affects their status, it was different from jobs, it was more like talents, some humans took their professions as jobs and made money with, while at the same time growing their professional skills.
Some earthlings focused on making enough money to live by every day with their wives and children, some focused on levelling up and completing their class quest, these understood quick that only the path of power would make all this worth it. They wanted to enjoy it and adapt to their new way of life.
A young man sat in the corner of a small Tavern after he had finished his meal, Bordley opened his status and was noting if there was anything he needed to patch up, he had an oval-shaped head and his eyes were inverted making him look like he always didn't have enough sleep, his long Grey hair fell to his shoulder while some strands dangled in front of his head. His ash-coloured armour not too flashy but showed he was a recruit.
Bordley being from Texas in the US before the world flipped, had always wanted this hairstyle, but the society called it bushy. Here was different no one cared.
Bordley was a level 52 and thanks to the recent training drill he had gotten the class quest Cavalier, Bordley accepted immediately after he got recruited he has started his job as a soldier and had been very diligent in his training which gave him the title of The good soldier which allowed all his stats to rise by +1 when fighting with his squadmates.
Bordley had been very bothered, he hadn't progressed a bit with the obtainable class quest he received after showing interest in horse-riding, so he couldn't even call it his class yet, the condition that needed to be met for him, to be able to fully own the class was to learn how to ride a horse, if not Bordley was stuck with the basic class fighter, which gave him skills that dealt low damage, since it was a basic class, it was available till one gets a better rating class that suits one well.
It's been over 4 months that the world flipped, many people were already getting very used to their new home yet it felt like he was bad luck's best friend.
He knew earthlings that had become Knight, Squad leaders, even though they joined the army earlier than him.
He had thought levelling up was everything and wasted his time hunting, not only he made this mistake, many others too did.
He thought of the latest star in the town.
Sedrick who had acquired the class, the saintess Paladin, according to Sedrick, was an epic rated class and it required him to serve the saintess of the kingdom, so he had gotten a permanent apartment in the Saintess Castle since all her paladins lived around her, she was an important figure of the kingdom of Euphoria and was needed to be protected all time.
Bordley sighed slightly as he thought of how Sedrick had pretended like he does not know him when he needed his help earlier today regarding his class quest.
Sedrick and Bordley were close, they met each other, immediately they arrived at Wendacor the capital city of the kingdom of Euphoria. They hung out a couple of times, they hunt together, slept in the same inn, and even sometimes went to the City brothel to release stress, Bordley didn't like it, but Sedrick knew how to convince him.
Bordley stood up and took the short sword which had been given to him upon recruitment... Just then...
[keen eyes is looking at you]
[you cannot resist]
[all your stat has been forcibly released to the user of Keen eyes]
" he levelled up quite fast, he did look strong but his stats aren't all that much talk perhaps it would change if had completed his obtainable class quest, it should be an ascension type of class too, maybe I should help, he'll be useful to me when he ripens"
Lewis stood up from where he was seated and walked up to Bordley who was still trying to find out who forcibly checked his status window
"I'm here"
Lewis cleared his throat as he caught Bordley's attention
Hmm hmmm
" I'm the one you're probably looking for"
Lewis smiled as he continued
"Let's finish this talk as we take a walk, you were about to go outright."
Bordley still clearly pisses at whatever just happened followed lewis has he went out of the tavern, walked and finally cornered into an empty and dark alley, even though it was still day was still bright, the alley was covered with so many buildings that blocked the sunlight, which made it a ghetto point, and an easy spot to perform a heinous act and hide away from the patrol soldiers.
"Who are you, judging by your skin, and style of dressing you must be an earthling like me? Is your hobby peeping at people status, kiidddd?"
If there was anything that, Bordley knew, it was the fact that age did not matter anymore among earthlings since they entered the real world, so he intentionally wanted to taunt Lewis but the little boy in front of him was already too matured to fall for that.
"I can offer you what you need, as you can see I have seen your status and I know you have a class you need to obtain to be strong, and climb the ranking ladders"
Bordley let out a short laughter
. Hakhakhakhakha
"what do you want from me, looking at you, you must be one hell of a smart kid"
Lewis had around biggg glasses on his face which gave him the nerdy look, his face, however, was rightly composed, it gave a chill to anyone that looked him straight in the eye, his blue eyeball did not falter a moment, his composure showed he had not been lazing around for the past few months since their arrival.
His hairs were neatly packed while the bangs were left to freely move on the right side of his forehead, the rest of his hair was packed and banded with a ribbon, giving him the ancient Chinese kind-of hair, his hair was light brown and had a little shining to it.
"Ever since we earthlings arrived here we have not known anything about the event that happened to us, thinking about everything and looking at the way we live in this world it just feels like our years on earth did not mean anything to us."
".... Hey.... Hey little kid doesn't say delusional things like you wanna start a revolution or something, don't even"
"even if I was going to start a revolution would you say it's delusional, even when you are faced with all these"
Bordley blankly stared at the little boy in front of him, that wore a light green shirt and a short pant of a p that went through his shoulders and finally connected to his pants, belatedly realizing the kind of clothes Lewis was wearing was the noble-kind and was expensive.
"what I want is to rise in status, don't misunderstand me now, I'm not interested in the rankings, I mean status. Right now I've bought the status of a baron and have been given access to own a manor as the kingdom's recognized citizen"
Bordley's eyes widened, It cost 30 000 coins to buy the status of ordinary citizenship, according to the duelers the price had sharply risen since the earthlings arrived and had to settle down so to get citizenship plus the title of baron cost more at least 150 000 gold coins, not to even say he has his ey was sure of it, he must've been one of the high rankers in the tutorial ranking board.
"first what was your tutorial ranking?"
"Please don't ask as I told you I'm not interested in such things."
"then what is your goal, why do you want to rise in status"
"finally the conversion is heading where I want"
Lewis placed his hand in his pocket as he began to pace around and explained to Bradley
"you see the highest noble status that can be bought by us earthlings is Baron but it's not the lowest, we can also buy the baronet status which is just like a step towards nobility, recognized citizen but still a peasant because you still get to live on the government and pay taxes, of course, we baron pay taxes but we are allowed to have our assets, like large farmlands and shops.
As you know all shop owners in the kingdom must report their daily income activities to the kingdom officials, so I don't get to report to anything."
" wait a minute, if the highest nobility you can get is baron ain't you stuck being a baron?"
"I like you, you catch on fast and ask questions"
Lewis pointed his finger as he complimented Bordley who didn't like the fact that he was being complimented by a 15-year old kid.
"When you buy the baron status, you open new stats... Dignity and nobility, the stats point you gain from levelling up can be shared into the dignity stat but cannot be shared into the nobility stat"
"probably because you don't expect to become a high status noble just by levelling up"
Bordley scoffed as he jokingly spoke his mind
"nice you catch on quick, you're a little smart I give you that"
The hell, who is this little kid talking to.
That was what went through Bordley's mind as Lewis gave him remarks, there was something about Lewis, that made Bradley stayed and want to listen to him till the end.
"from the moment you gain the nobility stat, points can only be added by building up kingdom achievement and winning the favour of higher status nobles, or the royal family..... which brings us to the main reason of this meeting
I will help you with you obtaining that new class, and even push you further to class advancement and finally class ascension. But you'll serve me, don't get me wrong, I don't want to be king or something, but I do want to be close to the king."
"King advisor is what you mean..."
"yes"
"you want to be high enough to interact with the conflicts of this world, and even affect it from the upper ends".
"Nicetch"
"why?"
"What is life without goals, my friend? loosen up a bit man, you have nothing to lose just see it has us climbing the ladder, someday you might even be strong enough to turn war-tides around the moment you enter the battlefield"
"by that time I'll probably be your pawn" Bradley let out a loud laughter, "well then why don't we try it, as you said what is life without goals"
"nice decision you won't regret it, what is your name, I'll register you under my household so your feeding can be on me". Lewis said
"oh I'm so grateful though I'm pretty sure I'll be repaying ten times, my name's Bradley, didn't you see it when you forcibly open my status"
"What did you mean? I could only see your stats and level, I couldn't even see your class... Maybe because my skill wasn't high enough or because I just can't,... Okay Baldy registered"
"what then how did you know about my obtainable class quest... Wait what do you mean baldy?!! It's Bardlllliiiiiiieeyyy, the L..."
"oops I registered you as Baldy already, you might have to change your name hahaha"
Lewis joked as he signalled to Bradley... Baldy...
"let's go"
"for real what's your class I'm curious"
"Don't be... It won't do you any good...."
Bordley begged and whined Lewis on the way to his manor, to know more about him which was all futile.

Rein stood in the middle of the brown leathered yet luxurious office, he had just finished some paperwork, he was ready to shed tears as he remembered how he got to this point. For the past six months, he hasn't levelled up, not even once... How did this happen, what was going on, why was he stuck in the Leceiviester city? why was he in a luxurious office yet sad?
He agonized himself as he went through his status window.
