Okay, let's give this whole situation a recap.
Just when I've done typing my message to Eric, ready for it to be sent, he called me. He said talking like this is faster than communicating through texts. Well, not that I mind, so I just went along with it. The main reason I was looking for him was to ask about his decision on attending Calnan Academy. I had thought they were exaggerating his rebellious stage but turned out, Eric was the one who went against the elders to enter the same academy as me.
Eric had found a book in his mother's study room. It was a book of our relatives' information, and even our faces were there too. Eric realized how I was the only one with a different hair colour than the rest and stirred up his curiosity.
