When Cressida finally remembered who Asterin was she hugged her and burst into tears. She couldn't believe herself how she forgets her. She was her best friend and the only person she considered as a sister. Asterin told Cressida about the candle and the encounter that she had with Vidarr. Cressida faced brighten up on hearing Vidarr's name.
"Is he alright?" Cressida asked with all concern in her voice.
"Yes. As for now. But he isn't. There are people after him." Asterin said.
"What do mean there are people after him? Who are those people?" Cressida asked.
"I don't know who are those. I couldn't see them properly. It was dark. But they injured him severely." Asterin said. She tried to remember the night.
"Who could those men be?" Cressida murmured.
