Lisa: Nai....Nai
Nai: Huh?
Opening his eyes, Nai finds himself in a hospital bed with Lisa and Simon by his side.
Nai: What happened?
Simon: You tired yourself out and fell unconscious. The problem however may lie in the ring.
Nai: The ring....
Instantly, a memory of the fight flashed before his eyes.
Nai: The fight! Wait, where's Fuyu?
Fuyu: Right here. I just reported the mission to Lafay.
Looking at them, he realises just how hurt they were. Bandages covered Fuyu's arm as blood could be seen sipping through. Lisa face had also been scratched and her cheek was covered with a bandage, arms and legs were wrapped with bandages but a lesser extent than Fuyu's.
Fuyu: In anycase. Take a break, I don't think we'll going on a mission for a while.
Nai: oh okay.
With Finality, Nai closes his eyes and goes to sleep.
Lisa: What do you think my brother will do?
Fuyu: Not sure. I merely gave the report but what I'm truly curious was the weapon he had.
Simon: About that, I examined the ring and found something interesting..
This piqued their interest. Turning their attention to Simon.
Simon: It seems just like yours however I can't seem to get it out at all and whenever I try to remove it from his hands.....let's just say I may need a new chainsaw.
Hearing this, Fuyu and Lisa couldn't help but sweatdrop.
Fuyu: ' A chainsaw...'
Lisa: ' This crazy ass mad scientist, why the hell is he not arrested yet? '
Flicking away, the cigarette he was smoking on, Simon walked over to a laptop where he started typing, in a second a large holographic screen appeared.
Simon: If you look at this, the ring itself is unlike ours. In fact if you just examine the energy radiating, you can see that it is immensely powerful, so powerful that a a normal Origin ring wouldn't be able to hold.
Hearing this, Fuyu widens his eyes.
Fuyu: ' something more powerful than..'
At this, Fuyu couldn't help but remember something, a large red flash and a dead body by the ground and a young man about 15, a red eye glowing in the dark as the other blue was streamed with tears.
Fuyu: ' No. It can't be..'
Meanwhile in a office:
Lafay : ' oh geez. Why the hell am I even doing this? why couldn't it have Ethan instead, his way more cut out for this. '
Looking down at the scrap of paper, his thoughts wander to a certain report.
Lafay: ' maybe paperwork is a little fun. It seems that this is getting more and more exciting after all. Good thing I hired him! '
Smiling to himself, he then proceeds to throw the document in the trash.
Lafay: ' Maybe I should plan a party. Yes a party! '
And so that was how Lafayette Asada, Origin's infamous suicidal director went and called every available units to the dining hall for a welcoming party.
The result was quite something.
And that was also how Nai had been dragged to the party where he had been introduced to a ton of food and colleagues.
Lafay: NAI!
Lisa: Oh boy....
Lafay: Welcome again to Origin! I am the head director or head captain of the organisation and is your personal handbook today!
Fuyu/Lisa: NO YOUR NOT!
With that, Lisa kicks Lafay into a wall, debris falling.
?????: You're going to pay for it you know.
Turning around, a young man approaches them. He was very androgynous looking, his hair styled into a glossy, black bob that falls down, nearing his chin, before it stops. His fringe, however halts as it reaches his eyebrows, framing his eyes as it sits upon them. He had quite large, dark brown, moving closer to black, eyes that peer from under his, previously mentioned, fringe.
He was skinny but well built, he wore a simple white suit with a striped grey vest and brown slacks. A dark green ribbon below his collar.
Fuyu: Hello, Vice captain Ethan.
Ethan: Now now, there is no need for such honorifics.
Fuyu: but-
Lafay: OW ! oh Ethan, Nai I like to introduce you to vice cap, Ethan Eisold. He's also a smoking addict
WACK!
Ethan: Shut up and besides its my business. By the way, pleasure to meet you Nai.
Sticking out his hand, Nai shakes it.
Nai: Pleasure to meet you but how did you know my name?
Ethan: Well seeing as how your acting right now, it's easy to deduce that your the new guy.
Nai: Oh.
Ethan: THAT HURT ETHAN!
A????: LAFAY ! ETHAN! FUYU! LISA!
Lisa: Akara !
Akara was a young man about the same age as Nai, maybe younger. He had long black hair that was tied with a red ribbon. His eyes a pretty purple, he wore a dark blue combat suit.
Akara: Glad we didn't miss the party!
Elidi: WAIT UP AKARA!
Aku: How many times do we have to tell you not to run off.
Akara: Sorry..
Elid was a very pretty girl, with long blonde hair tied into two ponytails. She had pink eyes and wore a white coat over her black suit. High heels were clicking every time she walked.
Aku was a young man about the same age as Akara. He had pure white hair and purple eyes however Nai couldn't help but feel that there was something with one of them. He wore a similar outfit with Akara.
Fuyu: From the looks of things, you guys were on a mission
Elid: Yup. It was a total wreck, the Naenia practically destroyed my clothes.
Lisa: But aren't you a man.
Nai: A man!
Lafay: Oops forgot to mention, Elid here's a man.
Nai: well you're really pretty
Elid: Thanks! By the way I'm Elid, captain of this unit.
Akara: I'm Akara
Aku: and I'm Aku.
Those three: Together we make up Elid Squad !
Ethan: ahehehe.
Lafay: Are the others not here.
Akara: ya, Jiya is currently away on a mission and the others, well they said they had better things to do.
Lafay: Sigh, I knew this would happen.
Nai couldn't help but smile. Despite the quirks, he couldn't help but feel that maybe staying here wasn't so bad.
