Synopsis
That was the day my life changed, that was the day I realized, magic is no game to play. I was welcomed into the world of magic and wolves by a witch with a pretty face, deep amber eyes that still to this day I think could read my soul. All because it had started to rain on a sunny day. °•°•°•°•°•°•°•°•°•°•°•°•°•°•°•°•°•°•°•°•°•°•°•°•°•° Payton is your average woman trying to make a living doing some honest work, she just erm, does it differently than most. Using the art of tarot cards, she creates her stories based on the cards she pulls, tells stories from the pictures. And she is very well known for it to. Then she gets an actual tarot reading, from a real life witch and she is thrown into the supernatural world where nothing is as it seems. °•°•°•°•°•°•°•°•°•°•°•°•°•°•°•°•°•°•°•°•°•°•°•°•°•° Please note that add ons to my book The Dog Walker will be implanted into this story, clarifications, advancements of smaller plots, etcetera. But you don't have to have read it to read this one. This story also has g×g themes and that pairing is the main ship. This lovely cover was made by @saturnxduck on wattpad

Chapter 1 - Prologue

I never expected I would be here. Running through the woods. Astral feet turning into astral paws. In fact it made no sense, no logical sense anyways, it is a dream after all.

I look around me, there are other wolves running as well, intelligent creatures. The one that stands out, that always stands out, is a wolf with a coat of rusted red gold and brown. The wolf sticks by me, friends, lovers. I don't know how I know, I just do.

I also don't know how, but i know we are somewhere not of the earth. Somewhere alike to it, but different.

This world, it's so new to me. Everytime I have this dream, new things get added, more detail, more wolves. A sense of home.

I stare up at the ceiling, my body covered in a sweat and my heart racing. And everytime I wake up, more confused than ever.
