Okay, now let's try leveling my other base stats... Huh, what is this?
'New skill -> Reduce Cost (Legendary)'
Reduce cost? Does this mean that prices in the market are lower or skill cost less? Let's find out... Oh, man...
'Reduce Cost: Level 0 (Requires 1,000 EXP to level up)'
Well, it might be useful in the long run. Let's upgrade it!
'Reduce Cost: Level 1 (Requires 950 EXP to level up)'
'Reduce Cost: Level 1 -> Reduces the cost of EXP to level up skills'
Sweet! This skill pays for itself. It even reduces the EXP to get the ability. Okay, maxing time!
'Reduce Cost: Level 10 (MAX)'
Nice, it cost 8,250 EXP instead of 10,000 EXP.
'Remaining EXP -> 68,450'
With this, maxing out my base stats are going to be easy!
...
Thirty minutes pass. During this time, I have been leveling up my base stats. Currently, my base stats are...
'Health: Level 10 - Strength: Level 10 - Agility: Level 10 - Reinforce: Level 10'
Thanks to the [Reduce Cost] skill, each stat only required 5 EXP instead of 10 EXP. In total, I spent 200 EXP on these stats.
And to summarize, [Health] increases my body conditions and reduce disease, [Strength] improves my physical body power, [Agility] improves my reflexes and mental speeds, and [Reinforce] improves my body hardening and reduces the chance of getting cut.
I also got some new skills for maxing those out. I went ahead and maxed them too.
'Extreme Health: Level 10 (Extra) - Extreme Strength: Level 10 (Extra) - Extreme Agility: Level 10 (Extra) - Extra Reinforce: Level 10 (Extra) - Full Health: MAX (Legendary) - Full Strength: MAX (Legendary) - Full Agility: MAX (Legendary) - Full Reinforce: MAX (Legendary)'
'Remaining EXP -> 47,850'
The extreme skills didn't cost me much, but the Legendary skills all require 5,000 EXP. Still better than 10,000 each...
Okay, now what? All my base stats are maxed out. On the GUI, the first quadrant was for my base stats. The 2nd quad is for the skills-based off of the base stats. The third quad is now the other skills that I can get. I doubt they will cost as much as the base stats did... Maybe.
One skill catches my attention [Magic Ability]. This skill is only that only requires 50 EXP to level up, and I only need to level it up once. Let's do it!
After leveling it us, seven new skills enter my screen, two of which were added to my base stats. I tried to look at the new skills when something popped up on my screen.
'Due to your recent leveling, you can now max at the start, which will be 20% less the cost then it would normally. Half Max can be done too, making it 10% less than normal.'
Oh, nice! Now I can spend less time leveling up. Okay, Let's see all the new skills...
'Mana: Level 0 - Mana Regeneration: Level 0 - Fire Magic: Level 0 - Water Magic: Level 0 - Earth Magic: Level 0 - Wind Magic: Level 0 - Mixing Magic: Level 0'
Mixing magic? Is that how you get ice magic and light or something? Oh, well. Maxing time!
I maxed out each skill using that max out buff. It cost some EXP, but I think it was worth it...
'Current EXP -> 19,010'
Yikes, maxing those out is cheaper, but they still cost quite a lot. Huh? What's this?
'New skill: Max Reduce Cost (Unquie)'
Sweet! I can get even lower costs. How much is it?
'Max Reduce Cost: Level 0 (Requires 5,000 EXP to MAX)'
Okay, I think it's worth it. I'll get it!
'Max Reduce Cost: MAX -> 70% reduce EXP cost'
70%?! Oh, man! Why couldn't I have gotten this earlier? With that maxing out buff, skills can max out at 90%?! I love this skill!
Sadly, I only have 14,010 EXP to use the skill on. I will get EXP as I go through life, but I want to max everything out now!
Let's see... I scroll down to a quadrant that had thousands of skills. Oh, so here is where you can select your skills. On top of the quadrant, texts appear.
'These skills require a starting value. Then you can level them up to 10 for a reduced price. Afterward, you can level them up one more time to max it.'
Oh, okay. So there isn't an extreme skill for them. Sweet! Okay, let's get picking!
I spent an hour selecting skills out and maxing them.
'Teleportation (Total of 4,750 points to max) - Flight (Total of 2,000 points to max) - Healing (Total of 1,000 to max) - Spell Engineering (Total of 4,000 points to max) - Slow Motion (Total of 1,000 to max) - Barrier (Total of 710 points to max) - Impoved Senses (Total of 150 points to max) - Internal Storage (Total of 400 points to max)'
There were a lot of skills to choose from, but I think these will help me out through school. Plus, I always wanted to teleport and fly, but these skills cost so much. Thankfully I had that 90%, or I wouldn't have been able to get half of this stuff or get to max them...
I learn that maxing them out just improved the skill. For instance, [Teleportation] level two only teleports the user in a 1-kilometer radius where max allows the user to teleport anywhere they have been before.
Nice! I now have an arsenal of skills to use during the test. Now, I just need to master using them, and I'll get into the school super easy!
After thinking this, I made a declaration to spend half my time studying and the other half practicing with the skills.
I spent the rest of the day reading up on materials and studying for the test portion...
