In this realm, constituents, or any individual or group for that matter, were forbidden from reviving a ruler whether they were the current or the former. It was believed that a ruler should only govern a nation once in the lifetime that the deities had bestowed to them. Furthermore, the act of reviving the dead was frowned upon by virtue of its connection with Necromancy. In this era, the Necromancers were the recluse of the society. It's almost always that they would get scrutinizing gazes from people if their identities were revealed.
