Hector Atticus Seraphiel lived his life as an Emperor in one of the lower realms in the multi-verse, not knowing that he was half-divine. Unprecedentedly, things went awry when the Empress, Ilyavher la Trushen, initiated a ploy to destroy the world that he utterly cherished. He watched as the land that he built and the world that he conquered collapsed. In pursuit of answers and vengeance, he found himself embroiled in a plot far beyond his abilities as all of the realms and the myriads of Deities were no longer invulnerable. **~~**~~**~~**~~**~~**~~** Cover Art: YoungHan Kim [Dragon Knight] You can check him out here: https://gunpang.artstation.com/

Chapter 1 - Prologue: Eschatos

As the scorching sea of an ever nefarious fire began its onslaught, its spectacle extinguished the light in the eyes of what's left of the inhabitants of this world.

The aid of the armageddon was abounding the Empire that managed to resist its violent seiches until the last moment.

In the midst of the chaos of the crowd running around aimlessly, a man could be seen standing motionless as he gazed at the enormous magical array that environed the whole heavens. The array radiated a luminescence so ablaze, that the happenings around him were transpiring on a white background.

And the sounds, dear deities the sounds, there were none. It wasn't the deafening type of silence, but the total absence of any reverberations.

'When did it all go wrong?' The man questioned himself, yet no emotion was evident in the thoughts in his head.

The magical array started to disgorge a myriad of dark blobs, slowly merging right under it; the final product was a circle, encompassing the array, with a murky hue resembling a black hole.

A melancholic glint appeared in the eyes of the man, who had all the intentions to save his land. However, his soul was shackled, burning in the pits of hesitation. Then, he raised his hand as if coveting to touch the magical array.

'Everything was because of your existence. I shouldn't have welcomed you.'
