Reigner slowly strode toward the general Huhtes with a smile plastered on his face. He knew that it is hard to change, even more, when it comes to such things as killing and royal bloodline. His feet didn't stop before landing on the general's face.
"Ugh!"
"I am taking everything from you."
"Y-you can't!"
"I am pretty confident that farmers don't need heavy armor and horse creation."
"YOU! AGHHHHHHHHHHH!"
As Reigner added more strength and weight onto his stomp, the general lost his ability to speak with the roars replacing it. He whined for a while, then Reigner turned his eyes to the other soldiers. Their faces were slapped by the cane, some red lines decorating their cheeks.
They were the close troops of the general Huhtes.
All of them are going to work on the farm so that kids' burdens can be lift and so their parents also can spend more time with them.
He, just as promised to general, took away all their war-related items leaving simple clothes. Then, calling his troops, Reigner spoke first to Paula.
"Was it hard?"
"It was... Do you want to know to what extent?"
"I do."
A husband's title might be in name only as there was no ceremony, but the months living together were nice and full of fluffiness that changed Reigner's view on the world. He had tasted the happiness here and comfort.
He has to make sure that Paula is all fine.
To his immediate answer, Paula's lips curled up then she reached out for his hand. Leading this hand towards her chest, Paula made Reigner grasp her heart. It was palpitating, its sound reaching Reigner as he touched that soft flesh.
There were times where Reigner could reach for Paula's body freely.
But now, she had initiated it and the feeling was different. He squeezed her breast inadvertently, then brought the lady closer. With his hand still seizing the softness, Reigner kissed her hair and like the good husband, took the lady straight to his home.
By this time, his closest 'general' had arrived.
When Johne saw Princess, he stopped and looked at the adorableness exuding from her body with a daze, then followed the couple closely. The talks naturally erupted.
"Your woman has already taken authority of Huhtes' troops, right?"
"Right. They were kept in the dark, completely oblivious to the deal... But... They still took more supplies than they should."
"No need to blame them. Just one hand reaching for more is enough to sway the rest."
Strength, status, and women.
Reigner already was aware of these three principles pushing men around, so he calmly answered. Then, the trio reached the carriage of Noble Medusa. This is naturally the best place as Paula prepared the carriage to be comfortable.
As for her husband, he did his best to strengthen its defenses.
In short, the carriage is the best house in this border.
"Keep some soldiers on the watch, then prepare for tomorrow. We will form a small squad to scour the lands."
"Got it."
The Lora Kingdom wouldn't make the deal if there was something important near the border. It was so clear, reeking with the obviousness. Reigner was ready to search for the 'fantasy-like' thing that can boost one's strength!
But before that, he is going to take care of his wife. His eyes shifted to a sleeping princess. Within his embrace, she felt secure and confident. After Reigner kissed her enough, Paula knew that what she had done was fine, her heart gradually calming down.
Now, she was sleeping so cutely that Reigner could only do his best to not wake her up. He slowly leaned down, then his body became yet again the pillow the princess likes to sleep on every night. The earthling soon likewise closed his eyes.
Another pleasant dream enveloped his mind.

Reigner and Paula woke up at the same time.
"Good morning, Reigner."
"Good morning."
Muttering his name without any honorifics was satisfying and nice. Her heart felt elated each time she did so! It was so simple yet Paula was feeling more intoxicated the more she spoke with Reigner.
She gently raised her body, then reached out for her cane. The moment she did so, Paula made sure to evoke the metal sphere. The goal is to have this ability passive or a permanent one. Reigner felt like he also should keep it up.
He utilized his metal sphere without clashing with Paula. Both spheres blended together, its size increasing in an instant! Feeling closer with Reigner and the world, Paula turned around.
"Today, we are going to search the lands."
"Yeah."
"Rest as much as you can then."
"Haha, you just want to make a breakfast~~"
"You only know how to make sandwiches."
"..."
There were a lot of food delivery services back on the earth. Of course, there was no way for Reigner to mention those, so he made a stupid face. Thanks to the metal sphere, Paula had a clear outline of her husband's pouting', her hand going up to cover her giggles.
Though can those food delivery services be comparable to the wife's breakfast?
Definitely not!
Reigner nodded with understanding, then peeked outside.
'Something that had made the kingdom propose a deal...'
The eyes of medusa lingered on the blue sky for a while, then he added inwardly.
