The mystical forest is a place of magic and danger and is a location beyond which people normally travel, where strange things might occur, and bizarre and strong creatures live. Covering a vast expanse of territory, it shelters beasts and elves alike. The beasts, fruits, and crops are all rich in mana, thereby attracting cultivators and adventurers. Monsters occasionally roam and hunt as well.
It is divided into different areas, namely: Outer perimeter, Inner perimeter, Outer core, and Inner Core. Before reaching the Outer perimeter, there is a wide grassland where an animal farmer can graze his livestock and normal people can hunt for ordinary animals living in this spot. The wide grassland is generally a safe zone even for normal humans. The beasts inside the Mystical forest appear to occupy and live in their own regions depending on their ranks.
In the Outer perimeter resides Rank 1 and Rank 2 beasts, which are about as strong as Body Refinement and Condensation cultivators. Dwelling in the Inner perimeter are Rank 3 and Rank 4 beasts, which can match Core Formation and Earth cultivators. The Outer Core, which is rarely visited, contains Rank 5 beasts which can compete with Sky cultivators.
Beast Ranks as as follows:
Rank 1 – Bronze
Rank 2 – Silver
Rank 3 – Gold
Rank 4 – Platinum
Rank 5 – Diamond
Rank 6 – Chaos
Rank 7 – Disaster
The Inner core is a myth as nobody dares to enter this place. Even the very known few low stage Heaven realm cultivators, usually the Emperors, don't dare provoke the Rank 6 beasts that accomodate this place. It is believed that, upon reaching the Rank 6 - Chaos realm, a beast can gain sentience and can change form to become a human. A Disaster rank beast has not occurred before.
Beast ranks appear to be almost similar to the coin value, as every beast part can be sold. Rank 6 is called Chaos as they can indeed cause havoc with them being alive or dead. With a rank 6 being dead, the carcass would surely cause quarrel over all beings who would all want to obtain such a treasure.

On a separate plane lies the Tree of Life where the elves settle. The elves mainly protect the Tree of Life but will defend the forest if it's safety is compromised.

I can now release magic about 36 times continually, but my level has been stuck at 50% at Condensation - Pseudo stage 7 for a while and it would not budge, no matter how much cultivation, elixir, or pill I take. It appears that I now need experience, hence, I'm now going to the Mystical forest.
I'm currently as big as 6 year old kid and am using a face mask that looks like a hockey mask, where only the eyes have openings. I borrowed it from our castle's huge armory where we have tons of weapons, armors, and other war tools. I also borrowed an armor, a shield, arm and leg protectors, gauntlets, a short sword, a compass, a pocket watch, a forest map, a water container, a torch, and a dagger that I can also use for skinning beasts when appropriate. I can use them as they have an enchantment that automatically fits the user. I see no issues borrowing them as they are all common grade items which are aplenty and were seldom used. The rare and unique graded weapons are on a separate room protected by an array formation.
Weapoms grades for cultivators are: Common, Rare, Unique, Legendary, and Divine. Common weapons are used by sword cultivators up to the Core Formation level. Rare weapons are normally handled by Earth sword cultivators and Unique weapons by Sky sword cultivators. Heaven realm sword cultivators use Legendary weapons. No known divine weapon has appeared yet, which can be wielded by Immortals they say.
I look like a midget in a cosplay when I equip them all, but fortunately, I can easily unequip and reequip any item as long as it's in my ring's storage which now has 100 slots that I can use. My default set in use are the armor, arm and leg protectors, and the mask of course. I made sure to bring in some food as well which are on stasis in my storage. A warm food brought in, still comes out warm when put out, no matter the time passed.

It's now 2 in the afternoon and I'm stealthly heading out, as I've practiced for a while now to get ready for this adventure. The old maid, who looks after me, is now conditioned by me to not have me bothered, and to think and know that I go to sleep in the afternoon, always at the same time then I wake up and inform her at 7 pm and get ready for dinner at 8 pm.
Though it's my first time heading out, I'm not afraid and instead exhilirated, as I've already read about the known information in the library about the forest and the beasts who live there. Upon reaching the wide grassland, I stopped for a while to appreciate the breathtaking panoramic view as far as the eyes can reach. I relished the fresh smell of the air with a tinge of grassy and earthy scent. Some of the best things in life are free, including this scenery, that should be appreciated and enjoyed no matter which world you are.
Then, I ran off the beaten path to avoid other cultivators or adventurers for the meantime. It felt really fast that I was running like a cheetah on steroids.
I stopped before reaching the Mystical forest entance, and steeled myself before proceeding. Then I felt like going through a thin barrier while entering the Outer perimeter.
