Here is a link for a list of cyoa's that I found online. I do not own this list but it is hands down the most comprehensive list I have found. it doesn't include many jumpchains though so you might have to find them on your own.

if you don't want to type the link in you can just Google "list of cyoa's", and it will be a reddit link to a similar question. the reddit link showed up as "is there a list of interactive cyoa's?". it will be the fourth response to the question. it hasn't been updated in a while but it has hundreds of cyoa's.
