After team Rwby won their first round, the team head off to the fairgrounds to get something to eat, while for Grievous he also goes to the fairgrounds to find team Rwby.
As Grievous walks around he notices two people walking next to him as he slightly hears one of them saying.
Mercury: At least now we know who we're working with.
Grievous walks past them, but feels something strange, like he felt slightly lighter. Grievous turns around to see Emerald holding a lightsaber.
HIS lightsaber!
Grievous starts running at the two, as Emerald and Mercury run away as well. Eventually the two make a sharp turn to the right as Grievous follows they suddenly disappeared.
Now mad Grievous orders his droids to hunt down the two thief's as he tries to find them.
Back at the dorms Emerald and Mercury went back to meet with Cinder.
Cinder: I assume you two have what I asked for?
Emerald: Here it is, but why do you need it?
Cinder: Oh trust me, this is all part of the plan.
Mercury: I hope we get to use it soon.
Cinder: Patients is key, for now you two must avoid that General at all cost.
Emerald: Of course.
Mercury: Oh ya, like that would be easy.
