As soon as he arrived on the roof of the building, unsurprisingly, Arthur saw that Gabriel was already waiting for him.
"Did you know this is an invasion? I don't remember you living around here." Smiling slightly, Arthur slowly approached Gabriel. He stopped a few feet away.
"You know how it is. Strong people tend to have money to spend on whatever they want. And you look very poor in my eyes." Returning the change, a small smile also formed on Gabriel's face.
They couldn't be called friends, but they both didn't mind insulting each other.
Sighing lightly, Arthur ignored it and said, "So? How's this going to work?"
"It won't be a big deal. First, even though I already know, how do you train? Looking from a distance is not the same thing as feeling."
"I just practice a few moves until I feel a sense of comfort doing them. Then I'll practice even more until I don't even need to think too much and already know the key points." With an indifferent expression, Arthur spoke as if it were no big deal.
"Great! So let's follow your plan..."
Immediately, as if a mist was forming, a killing intent calmly spread through the place until it focused entirely on Arthur.
Gabriel soon finished his speech, with a slightly sadistic smile on his face: "The difference this time is that someone will be trying to kill you."
'That intention! It's much more than I can handle!' Arthur was wide-eyed and could barely stand this immense murderous intent, relying on the help of his Will to deal with it and the Force to keep himself upright.
As he slowly approached Arthur, Gabriel began to speak in a calm but ominous voice: "The intention of training is to make you stronger. And you only gets strong when you hit your own limit repeatedly. So... I'm going to raise your physical, as well as your mental limit. Do you know how?" At that moment, his face was already turned towards the ground and Arthur could not see his expression.
Suddenly, the intention to kill became many times stronger, forcing Arthur to his knees.
Then, as if speaking into his ear, a deep voice sounded.
"Beating you like shit!"
The murderous intent began to put enormous pressure on Arthur, increasing by the second.
Kneeling until he was braced with his hands, then almost touching his forehead to the floor.
"Looks like you're weaker than I thought…" In an apathetic voice, that same deep voice echoed in Arthur's ears.
Struck by that condescension, an anger began to blossom and grow within Arthur.
"Hahaha! WEAK?!"
Instantly, as if it were a war of powers, the Killing Intent was momentarily pushed by Arthur's Will, which increased dramatically.
"WHO DO YOU THINK YOU'RE TO CALL ME WEAK?!?!?!" This anger began to spread and Arthur's eyes began to get bloodshot, both from anger and pressure.
The power war between Gabriel's killing intent and Arthur's Will began to become stronger and more intense little by little.
"Who am I? Someone stronger than you!"
Like the wind, the figure of Gabriel shivered and appeared beside Arthur, soon hitting him in the neck area.
***
5 minutes later.
Arthur slowly began to open his eyes. An orange sky, with some clouds. Breeze passing by his face.
As soon as he totally opened his eyes, he looked around and soon remembered where they were. And possibly what could have happened...
Quickly getting to his feet, Arthur looked at Gabriel, who was standing a few feet away from him, and asked: "Did I get out of control?"
With a slight shrug, Gabriel replied: "Maybe. It's not like I want to experiment on you and see how far you go."
"Very well. Thanks. Although I don't remember the final moments, I still remember the beginning. Is that how you're going to fight?"
"Yea."
"All right then."
After that, like the first time, the intent to kill covered the area and soon focused on Arthur.
But unlike before, Arthur did not succumb, nor did he need to use the Force to hold on. Everything was being supported by his Will, which grew enormously after the previous fight.
"Looks like you've progressed! Now, let's go to the next step! Let's say this is level 1, then we'll be fighting as I slowly level up.. Any complaints? If so, keep it to yourself, because I don't care. Come!" Still with an indifferent expression, Gabriel spoke to Arthur as if he were superior.
But, he was actually quite shocked inside: 'Does this kid have nerves of steel? He only needed it once and he can handle that level of to killing intent!'
Arthur immediately nodded and moved.
He moved using the technique he learned from Snake during his fight with him in the Arena. He didn't know the name of the technique, but he knew it was very useful.
As soon as he got close to Gabriel, who was already waiting, Arthur slightly lifted his right leg.
Knowing the attack would come, Gabriel also lifted his left leg slightly to block the kick.
Just as Arthur's leg was about to form the kicking position, it suddenly hit the ground hard.
That impulse was enough for Arthur to go to Gabriel's right side, who was without the defense.
Then, as he was on impulse, Arthur's body spun and he intended to ram the instep of his right foot into Gabriel's diaphragm.
"Smart…but not fast enough!" Gabriel spoke smiling when he also made his move.
Before Arthur's leg could hit the target, Gabriel's right arm and right leg closed like a hook, wanting to catch the kick that was to come.
But, to Gabriel's surprise, Arthur had already imagined that something like this could happen. Arthur's right leg quickly twitched, narrowly missing Gabriel's hook. A millisecond late and someone would have a bruised ankle.
As soon as he saw that there was no more opening in Gabriel that he could explore, Arthur quickly backed away.
"I must admit. You really are very good! I've never seen a genius like you before... But it just makes me want to push you to the limit!" A sinister smile formed on Gabriel's face and it looked like he was ready to kill Arthur.
"By the way, this is level 2!"
Immediately, the Killing Intent Arthur felt before he passed out came back in full force, pressing down on his body and mind.
His arms were shaking and his eyes were slowly turning red from the pressure. But even so, you could see a gleam in his eyes, different from the usual.
As if it were a wish…a desire to fight with everything he had.
A smile formed on Arthur's face as he raised his trembling arms and beckoned to Gabriel with his fingers.
"Will you face it?!"
A devilish smile came over Gabriel's face as he spoke:
"Very well!"

At night, on top of the roof of some building, two people were fighting. In fact, it could be called a one-sided fight, only one person moved while the other stood still.
The person who was standing had a cold, murderous gaze focused on the moving figure. He was in a proud position and didn't move for anything.
The figure that was moving, on the other hand, had its whole body shaking and sweating. It barely seemed to stand upright, but still it moved all the time, it thrusts fierce and calculated.
But, what was imperceptible to the eyes was the Killing Intent constantly in shock with an unshakable Will.
"Looks like we went really well for our first practice. You only got angry a few times and managed to support my Killing Intent 'Level 2' for more than 5 minutes straight. Impressive!" Speaking in a calm, calm voice, and with a relaxed expression, completely different from his self in practice, Gabriel said to Arthur.
"*pant*... *pant*... *pant*" Arthur couldn't even speak to him, as all his energy was being spent keeping himself upright.
If you looked at Arthur's body, it looked like he was totally fine. But that's not quite how he is inside.
Just as Gabriel had promised, he treated Arthur like shit and spanked him several times, but only hard enough to leave the pain without bruises. It showed how proficient he was at beating people up.
"Find a way to go alone. I'm going now!"
Gabriel soon said goodbye and left without saying anything else. After all, it was just a practice fight, and he wasn't Arthur's friend or anything.
Arthur looked at the figure walking away with eyes filled with the will to battle. Despite having miserably lost every exchange of blows they'd had, Arthur didn't think it was a bad thing.
Every time Arthur attacked, he learned a new way to defend himself according to Gabriel's reactions. And if Gabriel attacked first, he would learn a new way to attack.
All of this was absorbed and assimilated by Arthur like a sponge. His punches were more precise and his defenses and dodges were firmer and faster. Gradually, Arthur fed his own fighting style with the learned moves.
After a few minutes of rest, Arthur carried his battered body to his room.
"I might not kick your ass next time, but I will definitely make you not underestimate me anymore!"
With renewed will, the fire in Arthur's eyes ignited even more.
