The room where the meeting is held is on a small island in the middle of the two continents. The room is large, it is an amphitheater, there are about 500 seats located in a half circle all occupied by people and in front of this half circle is a table with two chairs all occupied too.
"Hello, as you know we are here today to discuss the anomaly that appeared 18 years ago on the continent of Polioni." Said the man in the middle of the table.
After the man says this sentence, many murmurs can be heard in the room.
"I thought it was just a rumor to scare the leaders of the small countries?" One of the people sitting in the room said in a low voice.

Said Bernard with a serious tone while throwing glances to the people in the room.
The people in the room are all aware that the forbidden continent is a very dangerous place because few people come back safe and sound to talk about it and describe what happens in it.

However, many people are not happy with this request because, what John is asking is that they give the equivalent of a deterrent against other countries.

But others agree with this decision because, it will avoid the potential arrival of orcs and undead on their territories.
"My country agrees!" says a person in the room while standing up.
Bernard and Jean seeing that there is a lot of tension in the room decide to make a compromise with the different leaders of the countries present.
"We then propose to the different leaders a means of protection. All the leaders present will sign a treaty of non-aggression and the country that has the misfortune to break its commitment becomes at war with all the countries that have signed this treaty of non-aggression. Bernard proposes.
All the leaders present agree with this proposal and decide to sign.
Thus an alliance between all the most powerful countries of the world is made to counter the threat of the continent of Polioni
Several days later, at the edge of the Polioni continent, several individuals who have reached the rank 2 domain are deployed.
