The knight glanced down at the little girl that barely reached his knees. Sweat beads flowing down his forehead, he had no idea what to do with her or how to make her stop crying. Her tiny sobs caught the attention of every passer-by as they walked throw the hallways.
He scratched his brows as he glanced down once again. "W-Where would you like to go?" he asked, though he doubted that she even noticed his exictance next to her. Prince Ashkan kind of left out what he was supposed to do after he took her out.
And just like he expected, she didn't even look at him instead, she tried to wipe the excess tears with the hand that he wasn't holding. How could she be holding his hand and still be able to ignore him like that? You bet how awkward the knight felt dealing with a little girl, yet he wouldn't even shiver if he was to draw out his sword right then, right there.
