Resting in the back seat of the customized Bentley, he sat in silence his gloomy eyes showing how much of a bad mood he was in. Smoking a cigarette as his lips twitched in annoyance, listening to the fearful tears of his mother after being informed about the early flight his sister had arrived in without informing anyone. Not talking the families private jet or even bodyguards, tell me what kind of surprise is this?
One incident after the other, pressured into joining the families company instead of his adult sister, he couldn't wait for the day the youngest is of age in order to pass the headache on to him.
The side door of the vehicle was suddenly opened, the shivering Long Ju was respectfully placed next to their eldest master. Sat obediently next to him, she wasn't sure of whether she was more afraid of her psychologically certified paranoid brother or the scene that had just transpired.
"Brother.." She weakly greeted, trying to show a not so frightened smile on her face.
"Shut up." He whispered expressionlessly with a sneer. "Stay at home and reflect."
With a silent crying face she mourned the loss of not being able to go out to buy the latest Lazuli bag, knowing the obvious difference from buying it yourself than asking for a personal shopper.
"Yes." Bowing her head humbly, taking small glances at her brother. Noticing his blue diamond ring that he always carries on his person.
Dazedly she doesn't realise how long she'd been staring at her brother when his cold voice brought her back to reality.
"Does it look good?"
"No!" She said instantly, shivering as if being submerged into cold water.
Her older brother had always been intelligent but very quiet, she remembered he never wanted to play with her but always read books. When she was twelve her brother as if by magic disappeared for three months and then suddenly was found shivering in the cold by the housekeeper. This was what he had on him when he returned, she had tried to touch it once and he almost assaulted her.
The brother that she never got on particularly well had become almost a mute, except for his very poisonous words he wouldn't let anyone approach him. It was like he was waiting for someone.
As if realising something she suddenly raised her head and called out, "Brother! I saw someone with a blue diamond ring today today?"
"..." He blinked wondering why she was telling him this.
"It was a Bvlgari ring that had a small yellow star next to the logo at the back." She explained to him excitedly, "It was the same colour as the gem on your ring."
"What are you trying to say?"
"Mother used to be the chief designer of Bvlgari, Mingxia... Xia as in star." Showing him the bracelet that was designed by their mother, many years ago. "A Topaz stone was used because of the Long family."
Pulling out the ring from between his unbuttoned shirt, his eyes swirled in thought looking at the truth.
"There's a gap in between, it could be a pair ring." She mused.

"Cheng Cheng!" The young woman wearing a Harvard hoodie came in happily calling out for her beloved brother.
Looking into the living room the smile on her face dropped the moment she saw the young man with the exact same face as hers.
Dropping the large box of gifts she had pre-sent in the hands of the butler, she ignored the disappointed eyes of the her parents and older brother and came before him who was seated sheepishly in a wheelchair. Bandages on the right side of his face and neck.
Looking at her he watched how her eyes reddened with sadness within seconds, dropping to her knees with a thud as her hands snakes around the boys waist dropping silent tears on to his lap.
Scared by her sudden crying, the family was speechless by her outburst never seeing her cry like this.
"Xiao Liu?" The boy said gently stroking her long waist length hair. "I'm okay really."
"Jin Fang I thought you would protect my brother when he went to China." She said with resentment, allowing her to drag her up.
Pulling out his handkerchief he wiped away her tear stained face and hugged her into his strong chest. "Smelly girl, you'd only cry if it was about him."
"What about who did it?" Her voice changed to show her normal cold tone.
"They're already in prison... it was a hit and run."
"Hit and run?!" She said sharply with a murderous air.
"What about you Xiao Liu? We heard what happened on your plane home?" Her mother said feign scolding.
"Mom... I'm okay." She said kissing her cheek and giving her dad a hug.
Retreating back to rest her head on her twin brothers lap, she pried open the cardboard box and removed the things inside.
"Cheng Cheng you said the fragrance oil last time worked well, so I got more." Carefully placing the specially customised pre-released fragrances in to his to take a look at.
"Also since you like listening to music and mom said your phone wasn't working properly. L company abroad released a new phone and they have a new wireless headphone product and In ear Ai." Pulling out the boxes making a small hill on top of him.
Looking at her he couldn't push her away and smiled helplessly, "You got me all this, how am I supposed to pay you back."
"My brother is amazing, when you get a job... please treat me to a meal." She laughed happily.
"...Alright." Something bothering him.
"You seem to forget I'm the older twin."
"It's okay, it's my filial piety to the elderly." A mischievous grin on her face.
"You!"
