I really doubt anyone is going to read this, but if you are like, hey. This chapter is just a greeting and a wee bit of a warning, I guess. The poems I write are here to help me heal, and can deal with delicate matters like depression, suicide, self harm, topics like that. So just remember to practice self love and if you ever do need help, just talk to someone. You'd be surprised how willing people are to listen, and how helpful an ear can be.
