Leena entered into the study and gazed at Francis for a moment smiling warmly. How lucky was her to have him as a father. He might not be her real father, but he is more than a father to Leena. He has shaped her into a strong and independent girl who can survive by herself.
"You are working overtime Francy." Leena went towards him and closed the file he was reading.
"I have no choice. Your cousin shoved all his responsibilities and now touring in Europe." Francis tried to snatch the file but the stubborn child cut him off.
"That annoying brother. I will give him a good beating for making you work overtime once he is back." A knock was heard from outside and uncle Caleb entered into the room.
"Max Hayes has sent an invitation to her daughter's birthday. Should I decline?" He questioned.
