"I,Skylar am moving to a new house and I vow that I wont make a mess in my room."says Skylar to her mother."Alright then lets go!"says her mother.
Skylar and her mother had moved houses because her father was no more. He passed away after struggling over 5 years with cancer. When they arrived at the new house Skylar started screaming ecstatically . "Woah this house is so big! , Is this where we are going to live!?" Her mother says "Yes dear , this house belongs to your father , this is were he grew up and this is where we will be staying until I find a stable job . "This house is more like a palace" says Skylar. Her mother just smiles.
Skylar enters the house with her suitcase and starts exploring the house , she suddenly stumbles around a basement.
"Mom!! did you know there was a basement here !?"
"Uhh no be carefull honey , Don't go in there" she replied
Skylar couldn't stop thinking about what would be inside and decides to go inside anyways .
She opens the door and goes down the stairs holding the rail. "A bit creepy but okay"
She stops when she sees a small room with a door.
"Ooh a door.ME WILL OPEN IT!!" says Skylar excitingly.
She opens the door just to find a...portal.
A transparent shiny portal , as if water were to stand up in an oval position .
"...woah" surprised,yet curious skylar puts her hand in.It felt awfully cold on the other side.She quickly snatched her hand back just to find nothing but her warm hand.She was again,surprised but curious. Skylar could hear her mother unpacking and feared she would come down to check on her. Skylar said
"Mom!! there is nothing in here.Its way too small! Ill just see if I can find something useful and be right back ok?!"
"Baby you went inside even when I told you not to ? Just come back as quick as you can" her mother replied .
"yeah...Ill be quick"as Skylar whispers to herself she prays and jumps inside the portal only to find herself in a land full of snow.It was dark and cold.Skylar could feel herself getting a little bulkier and heavier , She looked around to discover that she was actually wearing a warriors armour with leather sleeves and two silver coloured sword on her back in an X postion strapped to her armour.
She walked around the snowy place and found a village.She headed over to the village and asked a nearby man "Uh excuse me sir, can you tell me where I am?" The old man replied "Why you are in Tresphia!,are you new around here?" "Uhh yeah" says skylar
"Well then welcome! have a nice stay!" says the old man. "Oh thanks" says skylar. "Whats your name young one?" asks the old man. "Uh Sky!" she quickly replies. "Alright then Sky,Have a nice stay!" says the old man. "Thanks" says skylar as she walks away to explore more of the land .
She finds a board with many wanted Posters.Near the board she sees a knight putting up more of the posters.She notices that on the posters they had prices under a photo and understands that those are bounty posters being displayed .She asked the knight if she could do a very easy and beginner hunt.The knight replied "Sure, the one with 1200• on his head looks easy.Try that" Skylar nods and takes the poster and puts it in her pockets.As she was starting to walk over to the forest to find him,a little kid walked over to her and asked "Are you a bounty hunter?"
"Im not too sure yet" replies Sky
"Can you take me with you?"says the kid "Aren't you a little too young to go with me?" sky asks
"Im actually 104 years old!" he replies
Sky says "Oh really?? woow" says sky with a tone of sarcasm "Kid,I know you really wanna go but how bout next time?"says sky
The kid sighs and says "Fine"
Sky remembers she still has a home back there so she rushes back to the portal
Now infront of the portal she realizes it was almost morning here meaning it was too late,she mustered up all her courage and went back inside
Now it was just Skylar
No armor
No swords
No coldness
It was the warmth of the basement
She ran up to her mum
"Oh you're back so quick?" her mother says
"Uhh"
she was confused for a second then realisation hit her ,
Time stops when she goes inside the portal
"Yeah there was nothing in there just a ..small room" says skylar
"Well then you better unpack and get ready cuz you are going to school tomorrow" says her mother
"But mooom" says skylar
"No buts you are not missing a single day young woman."says her mother sternly.
"Fine whatever."says skylar
Skylar unpacks and puts her books in the bag to get ready for tomorrow
It was finally night time
"Skylar come down Dinner is ready!" Says her mum
"Coming!" Says Skylar
-----After Dinner------
Skylar sits on her bed thinking about the other place-or more like world
She lays down still thinking but falls asleep as tiredness took over her

"Skylar wake up! Its time for school!"
says her mother
"Ill be up in a min" Says skylar
"Do you really wanna be late on the first day?" says her mother
"....Ugh fine" says skylar while getting up
As her mother walks out of the room she starts changing
She gets ready for school and grabs a toast
while walking out of the room seeing her mother wait near the door
She thinks 'I still have that wanted poster..a little adventure wont hurt right?'
She runs to basement door and rushes down the stairs quickly opening the door to the portal
'Still as beautiful as it was before' As she thinks she jumps in the portal.
