Dion's eyes widened, most probably because of surprise, at what I just said.
"That woman..." Dion muttered softly, perhaps supposedly only to himself.
"So, where is she now?" Dion asked this out loud.
"Where do you think?" I asked in return.
"Is she dead?" He asked again.
"What if she is? What will you do to me?" I asked again.
"So she is dead..." Dion muttered to himself again, reaching a conclusion. Then, he said loudly again, "Nothing. I won't do anything to you."
"Hmm..." I then shrugged. "Why?"
"Because you said you were the one who was attacked. That probably means you were ambushed somewhere, right?" Dion asked in affirmation.
I shrugged again. "Well, yeah. I almost died, even." I said nonchalantly.
"What?" Dion was surprised once again, and his eyes even turned red.
"She stabbed me here." I said while pointing to my heart.
The atmosphere around Dion turned even more serious.
