Mom and dad left almost as immediately as they came.
It seems, they really just went to check up on me.
When they heard what happened when Lucas called them last night, they immediately boarded the soonest aircraft that could take them back home.
After an hour of talking and reassuring them, they left.
Although, I don't think they left left, but they went to Lucas to see what he's up to, I guess.
I was all alone for the next few hours until evening.
When it was finally dinner time, it turns out that I'm still going to be all alone.
I ate my dinner quietly and stood up as soon as I finished.
I went up upstairs into my room and retired for the night, even though it was still early.
With no one else to talk to, I asked the system,
"System, what's Lucas doing right now?"
"Right now, he's digging up dirt of the Chen family, host."
Said the system.
"I see…"
And then silence.
