The ground he walked on was no longer the paved road and sidewalk but rubbles of broken rock. The blast was much bigger than he thought, seeing as the radius of the damage encompassed not just the cathedral entrance but the surrounding residences.

Steel clashed against steel, and mana flowed in the area, preventing normal citizens from approaching the area. As for the people that were caught in the explosion, their skins were charred and some of them straight up died from its power.
"This isn't the time to get some icy treat. Lavy, fly up and tell me what you see beyond the encirclement."
He couldn't get as close as he thought he could. A peanut gallery of sorts was watching what was about to unfold while held back by the less powerful knights. The players were all curious as to which faction attacked the church although they already had one in mind.
