Raizel realized that his thoughts went extreme. There was no way for him to become the king as a count. Usurping the throne from such a level meant that he had to do some dirty work, the type of dealings he would never consider.
The only way legitimate way he could become king would be to marry a princess that would be queen. However, the first princess obviously overpowered the third princess in terms of power and influence. And she was out of the equation as she's a lot older than he was.
That means that his only choice was the third princess, Sucrose. But from their meeting earlier, Raizel could tell that she didn't have the ambition, merely wishing her siblings the best.
