Ash wrote in his book what happend earlier and looked at his hands. His wounds nearly healed. The young angels in the park didn't ask anymore questions when he left. To get to his uncle Seth he had to cross the woods.
Walking for a while he spoted a girl in a tree picking fruits. She had blond and red hair and looked nice. "Hey!", Ash called up the tree and surprised she looked down and an apple fell down the tree. Skilled he caught the apple and said:"you lost something."
The girl came down the tree and thanked him as she reached for the apple. He gave it to her and introduced himself:"I'm Ash." "My name is Cindy", she answered and put the apple in a brown bag. "Beautiful name", he complimented her and looked at her red T-shirt she compared with a gray jeans. On it was an interesting design that caught his attention. "Thanks. You like my shirt?", she asked. "Oh, yeah", Ash replied and seamed a little awkward. "You are an angel too, right?", she wanted to know. "Half angel actually", he responded and ran a hand through his short black hair. "Oh. How is it to be half human?", Cindy asked on. It is really useful that everyone thinks Ash is half human. Noone would ever asume he is a half demon. "Well, I guess I'm weaker", Ash admitted and watched her climbing up the tree again and he moved on.
After half an hour he left the woods and got to a house where he knocked at the door. "Seth? Are you home?", Ash called and looked through a window. Everything stayed silent and he thought that Seth maybe is in the garden so he got around the house to the backside. There Seth was working in the garden and greeted him:"Hey Ash! What's up?" "Hi Seth! I'm here because of the magic book. I can't read it and got attacked", Ash explained. "Attacked? Why would the book do that?", he asked puzzled. "Well, you know...", Ash replied and ran his hand through his hair. "Oh, yeah. That. Well, I actually got something that could protect you but I don't know if it works", Seth told him. "I wanna risk it", Ash answered, Seth continued:"well, then..." and went into the house where Ash followed him.
Inside Seth searched through a cupboard and a shelf in the living room and complained that it should be here. Ash didn't really know what to do so he just watched him. Seth went on looking for something on the attaic and came down not looking happy but then he found it in a sideroom in a closet. "There it is!", he called and held it up in the air.
