Freddy
I just had no words to explain the hideous and awful condition I found Bonnie in, I just couldn't. He was with his chest and his knees on the ground, with his arms in his back, with his wrists tied up, as a latex rope was going from his mouth to his legs. Bonnie is still crying, I don't think he has realized about my presence yet.
"BONNIE!" I yelled out after a few seconds.
Immediately Bonnie opened his eyes, so he stared at me in a way I had never seen, a glance full of fright. Bonnie was trying to speak, but that piece of cloth was stopping him.
"Oh my God, Bonnie! What the hell happened to you!?" I hardly said while getting on my knees and trying to untie him. I desperately kept untying while I was seeing how his body was shuddering, how he had his fur wet, dirty and with bruises on his legs. I finally untied his wrists. I removed the rope of his mouth.
"Bonnie! Who did this to you!?" I asked freaked out.
"Freddy!" he slightly spoke, forcing his hoarse voice.
In that moment, Bonnie struggled to move again and get, still on his knees, into my arms against my chest, "Freddy!" he exclaimed, letting go painful tears over my chest.
I almost involuntarily started to hug him and to stroke the top of his head while I was feeling his tears getting wet my fur, and so his sweat. I felt like I had forsaken him and, because of my fault, he is now like this. Slowly, while he was still crying, I started to sway him, trying my best to cease his pain.
"Oh, my Bonnie," I said while leaning my cheek against the top of his head.
"Thank God you're here, Freddy," he whispered in my chest while he was still crying.
I can't believe this has been happening to him, it wasn't even a day, but more than a week. I feel like being here, I finally get to protect Bonnie from everything, where I can help him out and give back all the favors he has unconditionally made for me. His weeping started to dwindle; he might be able to tell me what happened now.
"You feel better?" I said as I stopped swaying. I stared at him.
"Yeah," he nodded with his eyes closed.
"What happened to you?" I asked while I was wiping away the tears of his face.
"No..." he said as he turned his sight away from me.
"What?" I whispered.
"I c... I can't." He coughed.
"Why not? What's wrong?"
Bonnie is still looking down, he just can't look me at my eyes and tell me what happened, it must be really painful. I rather decided to take him to his room and not let him a single minute alone, this won't ever happen again. I got up, preparing myself to carry Bonnie up.
"Freddy! Don't leave me! Please!" He begged so scared just when he saw me standing up.
"Calm down, I will never do it," I whispered trying to make him feel better.
I crotched down to take him by his back and his legs, watching not to make abrupt movements—due to the wounds on his body. I lifted him up, and then he laid his head down over my chest, still shuddering.
It would be better if no one knows about this situation, it could be worse if all of us realize about Bonnie's condition. I'm thinking now that maybe someone is threatening him with the condition of not telling this to anyone, this is awful. I walked towards Bonnie's room crossing the dark stage. I opened the door, and I slowly got into it, then I just left him gently on his bed. I kept some minutes next to his bed, looking how peacefully he seemed to be sleeping, even after what happened to him. I thought, maybe, it'd be better if I leave him like that, until dawn of today, but he's still awake.
Inside of me, I feel like a new protecting feeling just born, thinking that Bonnie just can count with me to get back his well-being, spiritual and emotional.
"I'm going to bring you some hot chocolate to warm you up, ok?" I said leaned down to his level.
"Yeah, thank you," he said smiling with his eyes closed.
I smiled back while I was leaving to the kitchen. When I left Bonnie's room, I looked around again just to make sure nothing else was there, or no one. It seems anybody is not here, but it might happen again and we'll have to be involved one more time. Once I got to the kitchen, I turned on the lights and started to look for the stuff I needed to make a hot chocolate for Bonnie, even though I'm not quite sure how to make one.
After a few failed tries, I finally got to have a little glass with hot milk, I hope this tastes good.
I got to Bonnie's room; he looks like he's asleep. I walked quietly as I put the glass of milk over the drawer next to his bed.
"There you go, Bonnie," I said whispering.
Then he widened his eyes while staring at the milk. Bonnie hardly sat on the edge of his bed, "Thanks," he said smiling and taking the glass.
I smiled by seeing him sat down while he was drinking the milk. Just to make sure he could enjoy it without any disturb, I grabbed a quilt from his wardrobe; I guessed it'd be better if I cover him with it as soon as he remains sat.
"Here," I said as I covered his body with the quilt, except his head, of course.
"Thanks," he said looking at me while with his hand was grabbing the glass of milk.
I felt so good for being here for a while with Bonnie, despite the fact of leaving him back during that plight.
"Well... you want to go to sleep?" I asked in front of him.
Actually I wish to be more time with him; I'm not feeling strong enough to leave him alone tonight, and the next ones. It's necessary for me to know what he thinks. Bonnie looked down, maybe thinking about a good answer. I thought he might want to be alone, although if he asks me to leave him, I would stay awake all night long watching his room, "It's ok, I... I see you in the morning," I said as I turned around.
"Freddy!" He said.
"Yes?" I said while turning around again.
"Stay with me this night, please," he said while staring at my eyes.
I felt a ticking thing inside of me, which made me smile and feel so much better now. I'm really glad to see him smiling again.
"Sure," I said smiling and nodding.
I sat next to Bonnie, who was still drinking his milk. While we kept sat and speechless, I stretched my arm and hung it over his shoulders, as I felt he leaned his head over me, and so I did it over his head. I could feel how Bonnie's body was warming up, as well as he stopped shuddering.
After some minutes together, I insisted by asking again.
"Hey," I said.
"Mmm?"
"How long have this been happening?"
Bonnie was just looking straight, like to avoid some embarrassing questions.
"It's... It's been nine days," he hoarsely said.
Nine days!? This can't be right! I took a really deep breath after listening to the time that has happened, I looked off of him.
"Really?" I asked in awe. He nodded.
"Freddy, I wish I can tell everything to you, but... I... I just can't."
I must be right, someone is threatening him.
"Hey," I softly said close to his face, "now I am here, obviously this has been happening since I was unconscious, but now I'm here, and I'm not leaving you anymore, I promise I will look after you all the time, and I'll go through all the rough times with you if it's necessary, I swear."
Bonnie let go a tear while he was smiling. He tilted his head to me again, as I leaned my cheek on his head. After that, I kept speaking.
"You don't need to tell me what happened, but I might be able to help you if you could tell me who did this," I said.
Bonnie kept silent a few seconds, and then he answered, "It was... It... It was Springtrap."
His message got in my mind like a stake stabbing through my heart, who started to bleed and beat faster.
"He could appear and disappear here thanks to Golden Freddy."
I strongly sighed when I heard that name again. I can't believe I forgot it! The button in the office! It cannot be!
"And... Springtrap told me that I had to pay, and he has forced me to do it with him," he said with his ears down. I hugged tightly Bonnie back. That means that, definitely, everything was all my fault; as soon as I got unconscious, I didn't warn my friends to keep pressing the button in the office. So Golden Freddy got to know where we are, and that also means that he can now see and hear what I see and hear. We are in serious problems!
"Freddy?" Bonnie asked me, "Are you ok?"
I heard Bonnie again, and the only thing I did was just to hug him tightly.
"Bonnie, forgive me!" I desperately begged, "Forgive me, please!"
"Why? What's wrong?" he asked.
"This is all my fault, I can't believe I let this mess to happen," I exclaimed.
"What?"
I suddenly remember this is not time for us to pull away ourselves, but to focus on the way we're going to get rid of them.
"I'm sorry, it's just that... This is... This is my fault," I said as I frowned.
"What are you talking about?"
Then I told him the duty I've been carrying on these years, practically since I'm in the pizzeria when I realized about Golden Freddy's skills.
After all my speech, Bonnie finally spoke up, "This is not"—Bonnie put his hand on my back—"your fault. It's not your fault you had gotten sick these days, and I know you have too much work to do, even more in Christmas, but just don't feel guilty, for me you will always be my hero."
Afterward I felt how he slowly kissed me on my cheek, while I was still leaned with my arms over my knees. I raised my sight at Bonnie.
"I don't know what I did to deserve you," I said with half-open eyes.
Bonnie and I then tilted our heads together again.
"Hey," I said.
"Yeah?"
"Can you go with me and protect the pizzeria again?"
"Sure, let's go," he nodded as he smiled.
We both then got up from his bed, and left his room to go toward the security office; I don't want Golden Freddy to appear here with another little surprise for us. Bonnie was walking after me. Just when we left his room, he got a big headache, in which he put both of his hand to the sides of his head, followed by screaming moments.
"Bonnie! What's wrong!?" I asked desperately.
Bonnie kept yelling out while hitting the wall. I've never seen him suffering like that.
"Bonnie, say something!" I said while grabbing him by the shoulders.
Just when I took him, I started to hear Golden Freddy's voice, who was actually talking to Bonnie.
"Do not do it, Bonnie. Do you know why Freddy got in a coma? It was not our fault, watch this..."
I stopped listening to Golden Freddy, I'm pretty sure he's now projecting pictures inside of Bonnie's mind. As Golden Freddy is able to control and see other animatronic's minds, I can also see the minds Golden Freddy is controlling, it's so hard but still possible. I struggled to see what Bonnie was seeing, but I couldn't see anything, it's such a blur.
"Do you remember that pizza? 'L'amour'?"
Chica's pizza, that's what he's talking about. I tried to see Bonnie's thoughts again. When I closed my eyelids, I barely was seeing Chica and Foxy in the kitchen, like if I were the security camera, although the camera is broken.
"'Look, Chica, I put some more of this recipe, this should be strong enough to finish Freddy at once' "
What? What the hell is that?
"Do you see? It is Foxy's fault, because what they put on that pizza was not anything but drugs, which caused Freddy's illness."
That can't be right; Foxy would never think in that way of me, neither Chica, this must be a lie. The pictures seemed to be so real, but that day I protected the pizzeria with the button, it's impossible for him to see that moment, even if he would've seen the security cameras, due to the broken one in the kitchen. I heard Golden Freddy speaking again.
"Plus, he killed the man who brought you to this place: Mike."
Bonnie suddenly opened his eyes and stopped hitting the wall, his pupils turned white and shiny, and the rest of his eyes were black. Bonnie looked at Chica's room and, with an incredible strong, he broke down the door.
"What the hell?" Foxy hoarsely said.
"What's going on?" Chica said while sitting on her bed.
"Murderer! Murderer!" Bonnie was yelling.
Then he jumped over Foxy until he got him on the ground.
