The stage was beautiful; it's bigger than the previous one in MoonLight. I can see three Fresnel lanterns above the stage: a red one, a purple one and a yellow one.
Freddy went to his room to look for a sheet music for me, because the songs I got programmed in me are not common in this restaurant, I don't know why they're not appropriate in here, these songs were selected especially to kids and adults, but, well... he's the boss, I have to obey him. Freddy gave to me, as a present, a red bow tie, this one is better than the other one: this is a little bigger and redder. I just knew more about his job: he has to look for the decoration of the place, given the fact that Christmas is too soon, and he told me that he will buy some clothes and gifts for us. I like the fact that Freddy wants to make Christmas special in the restaurant, as though it were the happiest day ever: full of lights, colors and love. I would really like to see what he's up to, but I guess I will see all of that until Christmas, now we have to get ready, because the restaurant will open soon.
I was sat on the stage while I was looking at the area where the rooms are, then a yellow animatronic came out from one of them, looks like a duck: it has a bib, which says "Let's eat"; it has some feathers in the top of its head and it has purple eyes, or are they magenta ones?, or violet ones?, whatever. It looks like a female with a sturdy body; she's got a peculiar haircut. She's walking to me.
"Hi!"
"Hi," I replied kind of quiet.
"You must be Bonnie, right?"
"Yes," I said slowly.
"Hi, Bonnie!" she said shaking hands with me, "my name is Chica! And I work in this crew like you."
"Oh," I reacted, "it's nice to meet you, Chica."
"Nice to meet you too, Bonnie!" she said smiling. "Have you had breakfast yet?"
"Yeah," I replied looking at the kitchen, "Freddy asked me for help to cook a pizza, so that's what I ate."
"Freddy was making a pizza?" Chica asked frowning.
"Well... Yeah," I confirmed while focusing in her reaction, "and he wanted us to cook together."
Chica looked at Freddy's room for a while, and then she turned back to me.
"That's weird," she said looking down. "Forgive me for my reaction, Bonnie, it's just that Freddy isn't in charge of the kitchen, I actually make the pizzas and all that stuff, but today I found a note in my drawer, which said that Freddy was gonna make breakfast today; it's weird because he's not used to do that."
I was puzzled about Chica's talk; I thought Freddy was in charge of the kitchen, in fact, before I met her, I thought Freddy and me were the only animatronics that were going to work here.
"Forgive me too, Chica," I replied back, "I thought Freddy was the only animatronic I was going to work with."
"Don't worry, Bonnie!" she said smiling. "Actually, there's still someone you have to know."
She turned to that corner Freddy didn't explain to me, that one has a kind of little stage, but it's covered with a purple curtain with a sign that says '-Sorry- Out of Service'. So there is someone there.
"Foxy!" Chica yelled from here, "wake up now and come over here!"
I suddenly started to hear noises from inside there, like pieces of metal and some growls.
"You again? Wakin' me up yelling?"
"Oh, forget about it, I want you to know someone."
In that moment, another animatronic came out: this one is a male, it's red and he looks like a fox, thinner than me, and also shorter than me.
"What you want?" he asked looking at Chica.
"Look, Foxy, this is the reason why I called you," Chica said to him while pointing to me.
"Hey, buddy," Foxy said extending his arm for me to shake his... hanger?
"Hi," I said weakly.
"Forgive me if this annoying girl bugged you, you better get used to loud noises," Foxy said while going back to his place.
"Oh, shut up, Foxy!" she replied playfully.
"Hey, Chica," I said daring myself to start a conversation.
"What's up, Bonnie?"
"Why Foxy has a hanger in his hand?"
Chica giggled.
"It's not a hanger, it's a hook, like the one that pirates have, and that's because Foxy is a pirate animatronic."
While Chica was explaining about him, I could see sideways Freddy, coming out from his room.
"Oh, I see, like me, as a rabbit animatronic and you as a duck one," I said giggling.
Suddenly Chica made a cold and annoyed face; it's like everything around us looked empty, dark and dead, full of nothing but silence.
"I am a chicken," she said deeply and slowly.
I was in awe looking at Chica's face; I was just staring with my scared face and my ears droopy, listening to my breathing and the beating of my heart.
After Chica told me she's a chicken and not a duck, Freddy laughed a lot.
"You see, Chica? I told you everybody was gonna think you're a duck," Freddy said while walking toward us.
Chica crossed her arms and turned around.
"Oh, come on, Chica," he said patting in Chica's shoulder," forgive him, it's his first day."
Chica kept her arms crossed.
"Look, Bonnie!" Freddy turned to me and gave me a gift box with a red gift bow, "I made it for you, like a present for being your first day here!"
"Wow, thank you, Freddy!" I said taking the box.
I started ripping the paper and the gift bow off. It's a big box, and I have no clue that it could be. When I finally opened it, I couldn't hold a surprising grin: this gift had the same Gibson Flying V that I had in MoonLight, a guitar pick, a letter and some rock gloves.
"It's amazing!" I said thrilled, "thank you so much, Freddy!"
I got up from the stage to hug Freddy as tight as I could, putting my arms around his neck; I just felt his right arm hugging me back. After an amazing time, I remembered that he was my boss, and I mustn't do that, unless he agrees, so I quickly backed off from him and I sat down again. I blushed a lot.
"Sorry, Freddy, sorry," I said looking down, feeling my face hotter than the stove.
"It's ok, Bonnie, don't worry," Freddy said looking at me with half-opened eyes, "why don't you play a song for us before the restaurant opens?"
"Ok," I said standing up on the stage.
As I was walking to the center of the stage, I searched in my memory card for a song, actually the first one I played in MoonLight, I like that one a lot, then I just started to sing.
While I was singing, I could see Freddy looking at me in awe, like he were staring at an eclipse, and so Chica, but she looks at me and at Freddy. I could see Foxy from his stage sticking his head out to see me, however, I kept singing.
When I finished, I didn't want them to see me anymore, I was so blushed; I turned myself into a red rabbit with red eyes too.
"Woah!" Chica yelled while clapping, "that was awesome, Bonnie!"
"Rock on, brother!" Foxy yelled from his place.
I was looking down blushed, but as I heard them clapping and cheering up, I looked up and I smiled to them. Freddy kept his face in awe like it was when I started playing.
"Thank you, guys!" I said waving to them.
"You definitely have to play that one today, Bonnie!" Chica said, "Don't you think so, Freddy?"
Freddy looked at Chica with that face, but he changed it quickly and replied to her.
"Uh? Yeah! Yeah, it was a cool song!" he said stuttering a bit, "would you like to play it, Bonnie?"
I looked off from Freddy as I blushed.
"Well... sure, if it's ok" I said scratching the back of my head.
"Sure it is, play it today!" he said smiling to me.
I turned to Freddy and I nodded to him.
"Perfect!" Freddy said after a big sigh, "then, let's get started."
