Both of them finally stopped looking at each other. Their eyes just didn't want to leave each other. Zila's heart, which was aching with pain after seeing Kay in that position, got a little warm now.
They were sitting in another room now. Kay got shifted in another room from that emergency room where her operation took place.
Zila finally opened her mouth and said to Kay
"How are you feeling now? Is it still hurting somewhere?"
Kay could see care for himself in Zila's eyes and that was enough for him to be on the ninth cloud and just couldn't stop the smile that appeared on his face.
He nodded his head which clearly said that he is alright now and said to her.
"I am alright. Don't worry about me."
Zila's eyes widened as realization hit her. She looked up to see Kay smirking at her. She coughed and said to Kay while shuddering a little trying her best not to blush but then wasn't able to do so.
