A couple men wearing gray leather jackets with a cursed snake image on the back and a black hood entered a small pharmacy that distributed different kinds of medicine.
As soon as these men walked into the pharmacy a strong medicinal smell and pungent herbal aroma wafted into their noses, relaxing their tense looking complexions.
The leader of the group was a short old man that looked like a bag of bones who slowly guided his companions through the rows of medicine shelves to a non-conspicuous white door at the back of the room.
Once the door was slowly cracked open multiple colored misty aromas, stronger than the other medicines, began to escape and flood the other room along with some hushed voices.
The group of men quickly passed through the door and shut it as a suction sound was released from the other side, sealing the aromas from their escape.
The backroom they entered was quite confining and small compared to the spacious public floor of the pharmacy and the air contained within was sickening.
However, the men that entered the room were unaffected by this thick smog seemingly used to and impervious to its effects.
In the center of the room was a table with many chairs surrounding it containing other people that donned the cursed snake symbol representing the She gang.
Currently the figures were in a heated discussion as their hushed voices began to raise in volume.
"Hahaha! With the capture of the Hu gang's tigress we have surely placed one foot onto the path of victory!"
Another old man was laughing hysterically after news reached him of their completed secret mission.
"Yes, the Hu gang will undoubtedly lose after receiving this blow! Plus the men's spirits are raised due to the tigress's capture."
As the different voices continued to ring out with laughter the newly arrived men quickly gathered at the table along with these elders.
The old man, who was the leader of the new group, slowly took a seat at the head of the table before removing the black hood that covered his face, revealing greenish amber eyes that pierced through the sickening smog and a long thin scar that traveled from the bottom of his left eye to the side of his chin.
Finally noticing the arrival of Eisen, their boss, the elders gathered at the table slowly began to cease their joyful banter as they expectantly turned their attention to the head of the table.
"I've recently received news the Hu gang is encroaching on our turf and are eager to start a war. Just as we planned they are seeking out their own demise!"
A devilish grin sparkled through the smog as the boss of the She gang addressed the elders.
"Prepare the new line of poison! I want it finished before the Hu gang reaches the main research centers for distribution."

Leon soon received news from his other two elite operatives he had reserved for continuing to gather more intel.
'The Hu gang has separated its forces with the head leading the main group while the different elders move individually with their subordinates to eliminate the rivaling elders of the She gang.'
Elders within the different gangs held unique and powerful positions that controlled the different resources within the gang.
Each elder was recognized for their strength and were given the responsibility to oversee the different operations and buildings that generated the gang's income.
Nuit Frivole and the pit within FallenStar were examples of these resources lorded over by the different elders in the organization.
It was simply to difficult for the head figures of the gangs to monitor all networks of income and resources so they developed this system in order to continue their expansion.
Areas with these designated sources of income made up the different territories that the multiple gangs had influence and presided over and often had small disputes to take over their rivals' territory to gain its resources and wealth.
Leon was familiar with this type of system since in his past life, while he was the owner of his company and had some ties to Fuyo's underground, the corporate system of managers and CEOs were not too different from this concept.
He figured this could even be an advantage for him since he understood the different volatile variables that could potentially destroy or strengthen this system.
In any group or system it was often times the unnoticed weak link that could turn the tables in a situation and was the essential variable Leon often utilized within his persona and image.
By disguising his image to be perceived as weak, his enemies often underestimated or over looked him while he utilized this element to gain the upper hand, whether it be through surprise or simply brute force.
Through this understanding, Leon began planning with this thought in one hand and the recently gathered intelligence on the other in order to crush the Hu and She gangs.
Knowing that the Hu and She gang both were quite powerful as they were the top powers within East Fuyo, Leon had to plan out his and the organization's next moves very meticulously.
'The Hu and She gangs have been rivals for years due to their opposing strengths and background.
The She utilize a vitality and stamina depriving poison that can leave their enemies on the brink of death allowing them to administer the killing blow while their target slowly becomes weaker than a newborn child.
The Hu are renowned for their reinforced body techniques that gives them the strength of a tiger, which gave them their name, and can survive much longer under the deprivation poison's effects.
As long as they defeat the She before their strength runs out they would be victorious.
However, the She would not just let them withstand the poison's effects without any bombardment.
The longer the battle was drawn out the She will slowly gain the upper hand, while the Hu will want to finish this war as soon as possible.'
Realizing the strength and weaknesses of both gangs along with the source of their rivalry gave Leon some insight into how he should approach the unstable and dangerous situation.
However, with the newly gathered intel on the She gang's movements, Leon's confident smile slowly descended into a frown.
'A new poison that the She have been developing over the past decade has reached its completion and is derived from a branch of different hallucinogens and amnesia inducing medicine.
The poison is airborne with the body of a thick purplish fog that upon release creates horrid hallucinations along with slowly depleting its target's vitality.'
Leon mulled over this information and finally understood the reason for the She gang's confidence and scheming.
'They want the Hu to invade their territory! Which is why they've withdrawn to their central territory where they can concentrate the poison.'
After connecting the recent events and the new illusionary poison together, Leon finally understood the deck that the She gang was playing with and had dealt amongst the city's other players.
Figuring that with this trump card they would be undoubtedly victorious, Leon's frown returned to the insidious smirk he usually wore that gave him a cruel light which often radiated into other's minds.
'Since they are expecting an overwhelming triumph over their rival the Hu, they won't be as cautious since they believe this is the only power as capable as them within the east.
If we utilize their swaggering attitude and ignorant ranking of the other gangs' strength we could over throw them along with the Hu.'
Leon's plan was based off of the philosophy of aggressive complacency. While two larger powers fought between themselves and drain each other's power, one would eventually be on the edge of falling with the remainder significantly weakened.
During this point of weakness was the perfect time to strike and if they prepared a trap or ambush beforehand, the result would be in an even better favor for Leon and FallenStar.
Realizing this was their perfect scenario, Leon quickly grabbed his cell phone and called Jay and Lawrence to prepare their trap for the unsuspecting She gang.
——————————————————————————
On the outskirts of the She territory Jason was seen with a somber expression as he contacted the Hu elders.
"Have you seen the whereabouts of any She members?"
On the other side of his calls each elder responded with the same answer, "No boss! It looks like they were all scared of us and crawled back into their hole like the snakes they are!"
Jason grimaced as he was concerned about the condition and whereabouts of his daughter and the retreat of the She from their outer territories raised his anxiousness and suspicions.
He couldn't understand the traitorous and slimy movements of his adversaries that were abandoning their territory.
This was the cause for his concerns and uneasiness that continued to persist as he led his men further into the She territory.
Following the retreating movements and traces of hurried abandonment of their facilities, the Hu gang eventually found themselves converged with their other groups they had dispatched and were gathered inside the large intersection in front of a massive research facility in the heart of the She territory.
Symbols of cursed snakes were carved into the white pillars of the mostly glass constructed facility that looked similar to a mix between a hospital and drug testing laboratory.
The other elders that were the designated leaders of their groups gathered together with their boss and all wore confused expressions.
Jason was wearing a weird and confused expression on his face as he addressed the gathered elders.
"All the traces led you guys here too?"
Seeing all his men nodding their heads earnestly, Jason couldn't help but release a heavy sigh.
"Seems they've boarded themselves deep within their compound but I can't understand why...
Usually those slippery bastards love to parade around their borders starting skirmishes with any of our members under the guise of 'trespassing their territory'."
Jason shook his head as he was unsure of their next move since they had not met any bloody encounters all the way to the heart of the She's territory.
All of a sudden one of the street lamps flickered that was beside their massive force before a shrill heart wrenching scream erupted from the edges of their group with more following.
An evil looking purple mist suddenly dispersed from around their feet and began to permeate through the air as a sickening smell drifted into the surroundings.
Jason bewilderedly stared into the direction where the screams originated and found some of his men, who were seated on the pavement, foaming at the mouth and staring wildly at an invisible image that drove them insane.
Soon the evil mist enveloped the entire group with the first men who breathed it in having their eyes finally turn bloodshot before yelling wildly and attacking anyone near them.
A bloody hell began to unfold inside the intersection as men of the same gang began attacking each other like raging uncontrollable beasts; attempting to kill anyone in their vicinity indiscriminately.
Blood curdling screams resounded in their surroundings as men quickly began to fall from their comrades' blood stained hands or become monsters themselves after breathing in the devilish mist.
Jason and the elders quickly realized the main cause of the commotion as they quickly yelled out to their remaining men.
"Don't breathe in that mist! It must be the She's poison, it destroys a man's mind and reason! Don't let it enter your system and quickly subdue our effected members!"
Hearing their boss's orders, the men acted accordingly and tried to subdue their comrades before more damage could be done.
After the situation began to settle their numbers had dwindled down to a little less than half their original count resulting in a near crippling of their force.
However, the Hu gang was only given a few moments of solidarity before members of the She gang appeared from their headquarters with green masks, green leather jackets with the cursed snake on them, and a black hood pulled up.
The She immediately engaged in combat with the remaining members of the Hu and continued to add to the increasing body count.
The newly added stress resulted in the death of more Hu gangsters and the inhalation of the poisonous smog causing another breakout of slaughter.
Hidden in the shadows of the nearby buildings and complexes were Leon and his new subordinate operatives wearing greedy complexions while observing the dark hell that loomed over the Hu gang.
The sound of bodies heavily hitting the pavement and clashing sounds of weapons rang throughout the area while a eerie purple smog continued to roll out through hidden vents in the pavement adding to the hellish scene that raged before them.
Many operatives were excitedly and anxiously brandishing their dark short swords that were easily concealed and difficult to notice, while four members of Leon's elite team pulled the two pitch black short katanas out of their crossed scabbards on their backs.
Lawrence and Jay were on both sides of the youth wearing a dark hooded uniform with gloomy gray accents curling grandly around the edges.
Within the sleeves of the uniform harbored multiple small dark blades that could be thrown while a single shadowy sword was draped over his back in a black scabbard.
This youth radiated a dark and cold aura that displayed the heartlessness that the youth's heart contained, while a devilish glint sparkled in his eyes behind a dark mask with a blade piercing a star proudly positioned on its right side.
This crest was seen on many of the operatives clothing usually on the shoulders or positioned over the top of their black hoods that represented the FallenStar organization.
Leon, the eerily dark clothed youth that was the center of this unit, raised his right glove hand with his index and middle finger extended slightly towards the sky. Seeing the bloody scenario before them beginning to reach its bloody climax as weapons and bodies rapidly clashed together, Leon lowered his two fingers signaling to the hidden operatives to begin their operation.
"It begins."
"Brother Leon time to show them our strength!"
Jay and Lawrence both mumbled some phrases before slowly following the cold blooded youth descending towards the fray.
Receiving their leader's signal, the operatives that were trained by Leon in the unit eyed the battle while locking onto their potential targets before releasing small shadowy blades flying into the heads of their prey, similar to the ones in Leon's sleeves.
Most flying blades buried themselves into their targets either killing or hindering their further movements without the victims realizing their impending demise.
Upon Leon's earlier orders the operatives only aimed for She gangsters since they held the majority and were not as worn or exhausted as the Hu.
A few more She gangsters were silently slaughtered similarly before an elder recognized the new aggressors entering the battle as dark blades severed his subordinates lives one by one.
Unfortunately, before being able to notify the others a youth with afterimages flashing behind his steps appeared behind him while pulling the blade out from the scabbard on his back, splitting into two halves, severing the elder's head from his body as its dark body flashed.
Words remained in the elder's throat as condensed syllables while his head slowly rolled next to his feet, as his eyes followed the shadow behind the youth merging with his dark figure before losing their vision.
Leon didn't waste a second glance on the fallen elder since his attention was drawn to the performance of his operatives.
Dark figures continually danced throughout the purple poisonous smog like shadowy demons appearing and disappearing from different battles leaving nothing but their targets corpses behind them.
Seeing the competence of his new force in action, Leon was filled with a proudness, similar to the feeling of a mentor witnessing the growth of his disciples, before turning his attention back to the battle to find his next victim.
After practicing his different basic techniques to their limit his battle prowess soared compared to the low level thugs that occupied the east and he found it sickeningly easy to dispose of the experts within the two opposing forces.
East Fuyo held the lowest ranked organizations within the city when compared to the three other sectors and their human defying strength.
Actually, the martial artists and cultivators that he had met in his past life had come from the other three sectors and were only seen as mediocre there.
However, in East Fuyo these entities were perceived as powerful and mostly nonexistent due to the poor conditions and resources in this weak sector, but when they occasionally visited the east their journey here and strength resulted in mass destruction when angered or offended.
For this reason no forces or high status figures in the east dared to complain or raise their voices against them in fear of the carnage they could singularly unleash.
In the east not many powers were strong enough to match these experts' and would most likely never be able to. The few that did gain that strength would move to the other sectors in hope of better resources to supplement their cultivation or techniques further.
Leon understood this sad truth but held a stubborn and unyielding personality which fueled his ambitions and gave him the courage to develop and raise the east.
He knew that this battle was only the first step of many bloody scenarios that he would experience on his path to this goal.
After all elders of both sides were annihilated by either Leon or the FallenStar operatives the battle slowly died out as both sides lost their supportive and authoritative figures.
The only authority remaining were the lower gangsters or grunts of the organizations and their leaders.
Of course the leaders of the two gangs both noticed the new group that had joined the blood bath but were powerless under their relentless slaughter and weakened forces that they had left each other with.
Both sides were frightened to the bone by the appearance of this merciless group and felt a chill settle in their bones as they unwillingly watched the demise of each of their strongest subordinates without much resistance.
Jason and Eisen each had the same thought as they stopped their fighting to assess the newly emerged opponent.
"A new dragon has appeared in the East!"
