It was December 20, 2010, in Brooklyn, New York, and it was cold....So cold....
I could feel the snow touching my slowly dying body, as my blood pools around my battered and broken body. I knew I didn't have much time left before death embraces me, and I couldn't help but remember my life up to this point. I'll begin with introducing myself, my name is Jake Hale and I'm a 27 years old male military Commander. I have a family of four being my father, Lucas Hale a 47 year old CEO of a multinational company, my mother Aria Hale, also 47 years of age who works as a house wife, and my baby brother Luka Hale, he's 17 years old and a high schooler.
I have short silky black hair, captivating Silver-blue eyes, tan skin, a body of a greek god, and my height is about 5'10''. My Father also has my skin color, hair color and style, my eyes but sharper, and he was taller then me with a body of a body builder. Father is a strict man but he also a kind man. Mother has long waist length platinum blonde hair, Emerald green doe like eyes, Porcaline skin, and an hour glass figure.She was beautiful and kind but when you piss her off you better run and hide. My little brother on the other hand has shoulder length blonde hair, emerald green eyes, and tan skin. He has feminine like features but was still well built.
We were happy and I thought nothing could change that...But I was wrong, or so very wrong.
It started when Fathers company went bankrupt, (I was 20 at that time while luka was 10) we lost almost everything such as our money,house, and most of our belongings. Then mother got very sick, we went to every doctor we know but they couldn't help us due to not knowing the virus and due to not having money.
Mother died a few months later leaving us with broken hearts. I finished collage and joined the military, dad tried to find a job but to no luck he couldn't get one and with the death of mother he became depressed, wallowing away in alcohol. A few years past and I climbed up the ranks becoming a Commander in 7 years. Now I'm 27 and my brother is 17.
Father died when I was 25 leaving Luka with our aunt. Aunt Amanda is a very beautiful women with porcaline skin, long black hair reaching her waist, Amethyst eyes, and a lean hour glass figure. She works as a Doctor while her husband James, works as a Navy Commander in the military. Aunt Amanda is a kind and gentle women while James is also kind but strict. I had a few friends in the Marines, who were apart of my squad. There was 5 of us and out of all of us 2 survived, one. of them being me.
A few months past being here in the military and now it was my time for a vacation, so I went and got packed before heading home for the holidays for it was almost Christmas. I bought gifts for everyone to surprise them of my return and I couldn't wait to see them. I was prepared for anything for I thought nothing could go wrongly. And due to my little thinking, and not paying attention to my surroundings I'm currently laying in my position I'm in now....Broken, battered and DYING!!
So as my blood leave's my body, I thought how I wish I could have seen my family one more time and how I had wishes to have re-read/watched all of my books on Harry Potter and any other anime or tv series I loved. Then my eyes closed and death took me to my next destination, for death is the next great adventure.

Located in a black void, you could see a bright pure white orb floating in the darkness. The white orb soon began to make a groan before it spoke in a confused tone "Where am I? Didn't I die, then could this be limbo?" as it ponders its questions another voice spoke "Come child" and there was a while flash causing the orb to jump in fright as it was consumed by the light.
The orb soon found itself in a pure white room that looked to be an office or sorts. In the office stood a man with short brown hair, Bright sky blue eyes that seem to twinkle with knowledge, tan skin and a sexy body. The man smiled and said "welcome Mr. Hale I am God and I have one thing to say....I'm soooo sorryyy!" he fell to his knees and bowed in apology before going on to explain to the orb that he wasn't meant to die so soon. And that he was killed by accident due to god wanting to show off to the other gods on his control and powers.
The orb sighed in resignation before saying " I forgive you but I also want something in return for killing me. I want 10 wishes." God nodded and then said "Very well, name them and also as an apology I'll reincarnate you into Harry Potter AU world."
The orb also known as Jake Hale smiled and began to tell god his wishes. His wishes consists of these things;
"Wish 1- I want high magic reserves like very high.
Wish 2- animagi forms being a wolf and dragon
Wish 3-I want a photograthic memory
Wish 4- I want to have a lot of money
Wish 5- I want nature abilities and to have abilites over many elements
Wish 6- I want to be a Warlock and I want a familiar
Wish 7- I want a pocket dimension that i can enter and leave and can hold anything living or not and to have all types pf plants and animal magical and not for me to use along with a magical spring that can help with boosting my magic or healing all types of wounds and disease.
Wish 8- to be an orphan but come from royalty family
Wish 9 and 10- i would like to save them as favors in the future so make sure i have a way to call you sir."
God gasped in shock before laughing and said "very well and because I like ya ill even add a bonus and make you very handsome and smart so good luck Mr.Hale" and with a snap of his fingers Jake was sent to his next big adventure of becoming the strongest being since Merlin's time.
