After serenity ate, she soon went to her bedroom. She cried herself to sleep. When she woke up the next day, she did her usual home schooling. Then she decided to go for a walk around the village. She started to feel a strange feeling. It was like the one she felt before when she thought somebody was watching her. She started to pick up her pace. After a couple minutes, she arrived at the village. She started to talk to the stray dogs around the fences.
"They just don't understand Rex"
She had named the stray dog Rex but the dog just laid in the grass. He was staring blankly at Serenity. He let out a small huff.
"I don't want to marry that selfish brat, He won't treat me with the respect I deserve." Serenity said as she looked at the dog with a soft sigh. She then pet the dog and left. As she started to walk home she glanced at a silhouette of a man or a woman. It was in the abandoned barn house. She felt as if the dark silhouette was glaring at her but she decided to ignore the feeling. Her hair blew softly in the wind. She wanted to tell her parents but they would just get mad at her for leaving.
