"uhh," I moaned slowly waking up to the alarm on my phone, "it's already 7 am." I slowly changed into my school uniform, and headed down stairs. "Hey Dad, I'm leaving for school."
"Be safe," he said as I left the house.
I usually walked to school alone in middle school, but after entering Jameson High I've made some of my first friends.
"Hey Kaori," said Jack, my brown haired, black eyed friend, slapping my back, "can you believe it's our first day of our senior year."
"Hell no," I said flicking his forehead, "I can't believe that our first 3 years flew by. I didn't even have time to take it all in."
"Looks like your sence of style still hasn't changed either," he said jokingly, "you still wear the same thing to school everyday."
"Its our school uniform," I replyed with a bit of concern in my voice.
"Wow," he said sarcastically, "I can't believe my poor friend has no sence of style, oh God please help him."
"Sounds like there's a bug around me," I said annoyed.
"I'm just messing with ya," he replied with a grin, "do you know whose our homeroom teacher."
"No, but I'm sure we'll know soon."
We arrived at school and got handed our schedules, "Looks like be both got the same homeroom," I said.
"Sweet," he said rubbing his hands together while smiling, "I really don't wanna be a loner in another class, and now we can hangout during breaks."
"we could even if we were in different homerooms."
"I know that, but I hate having to walk, anyways lets get there before the bell rings, it's class 205 right."
When we got to our class we saw Rose and a couple of other students there. "Looks like some other students had the same idea," I said choosing a seat near the back.
"Well if it isn't Jack," said Rose, a short, brown haired girl with hazel eyes, peachy skin, and the previous class representative last year, "I'm surprised you early on the first day of class."
"Rose I don't know why your always on my case," he replied, "but it's getting annoying, and I'm never late to class what gave that idea."
"Yeah right," she scoffed, "you're late almost once a week."
"yur late onse a weak," he said mocking her, "and why are you keeping track of when I'm not in class, no way," he stumbled back in fear, "are you a stocker."
"No," she said shaking her head, "I was the class rep of course, I would know about your absence when I take attendance, only an idiot like you would think of something so ridiculous." Jack had no come back to this, he instead ignored her and sat down in the seat in front of me.
"wow, you guys act like a romcom pairing," I said breaking the tension.
"Rrriiight," she said turning her gaze to Jack, "like Jack has the balls to date me."
Jack just stayed silent staring out to whatever was outside the window, the quietest I've seen him in fact.
"Finally they shut up," blurted out Jessica, a 5ft 4in, long straight blonde haired, blue eyed girl with a nice body. The basic drama queen of our class, "you two might as well date if your going to continue flirting this year like you did the last 3."
Both of them got flustered at this point, they have been at each other since the start of highschool.
"What's with all the loud noise, interrupted Eric, a tall, black haired boy with a muscular build, as he entered the classroom, "now it's all quite, anyways what's up losers I'll be in this class too, hope we can get along and whatever."
Great I thought, we even have a the delinquent in our class.
The class slowly filled with students till the bell rang. It was weird out of all the seats to be empty the one right next to me was the only one.
"Alright, everyone in your seats," said our teacher.
"Good morning Ms.Beckett," we all said.
"Nice to see your not skipping class Eric," she said, "you too Jack, good to see your on time."
"I'm only ever late once in a blue moon!" Jack said standing up and hitting his desk.
"Alright settle down," she said cheerfully, "now I know its sudden, but we have a new transfer student."
Really a transfer in the last year, that's strange.
"Come in," she said followed by the door opening and a beautiful girl, with long dirty blonde hair and brown eyes, walking in.
"Nice to meet all of you," she said standing at the front of the classroom, "my name is Annabelle, but you all can call me Anna."
