Mina was truly no longer angry with Ian when they left his office the day he thought she was feeding him poison. She just was feeling bitter about her inability to remember their past, but they talked through it, and he explained, albeit in a lie she was unaware she was being told, that he did not want her to remember their past because he was afraid for her health. It worked to stop her from asking questions and shielded her from the fact that they had an extremely troubled beginning, riddled with misunderstandings and even some violence between them.
