Mina did not like the way Sadie and Troy looked at one another, but since she knew that she was not supposed to stress out over remembering the past, and had already fainted from just being told she was engaged, she did not want to take the chance of something more serious happening. She looked to Ian, who was staring at her intently, which relieved her because it meant that he was not putting pressure on her sister and brother-in-law to keep things from her; or so she thought.
"Don't worry, Mills already told me that Ren started to stalk me after you and Troy were officially married. I don't remember it, but from what I was told, we are no longer friends." Sadie felt horrible because that was not what happened, but at the same time she was grateful to Mills and President Lee for not telling her sister the truth. The fact of the matter was that if she and Troy had not faked their deaths, they could have spared Mina the torment that led to years of constant humiliation.
