Shai walked into the building that was now the property of his unnamed film studio. He knew it would be nestled under the wing of Rouge Entertainment and hoped it would be a worthwhile investment. He had toured the surrounding area and passed many entertainment companies along the way. If he could somehow brand the studio as a 'one stop shop' for various productions, he was sure he could make a profit or at least break even. Still he planned to rid himself of the venture at the first sign of trouble, but right now, he was not in the building for business matters.
