Note: By the way, i have been thinking. The story does not match the title of the novel right? Maybe its just me but ya know? Anyway thats all, have a nice read.
As he snapped out from using 'Inspect', he warned the others and said,
"Guys! Do not engage in a fight with that guy over there. He is much much stronger than the others, if you die, do not say i didn't warn you."
Shuya, Rai and Folaei immediately believed him but the other were still a but suspicious of his announcement, but still there was that slight believe inside them. They decided to believe it and fought only the small fries, 10 minutes passed and the fight was still in heat. Shuya, Swaph and Fan were injured and around 8 bandits had already fallen, surprisingly the strong one didn't even make a move more or less even take a step. Godo also did the same.
After the few more minutes of intense battle, they finally beated the bandits, excluding the other guy. The three of them decided to heal and tend to themselves, then suddenly the man walked straight to them. Godo stood infront of him, than the man suddenly ducked down and tried to stab him with the sharp knife hidden inside his cloth. The knife stabbed inside for a few millimetres but stopped, the man had a very strange expression as it was completely stuck.
As the other 6 were inside one of the caravans, they didn't witness any of this. Ignoring the knife the man put his fingers inside the small hole on Godo's stomach and used 'Ignite', a magic spell which called forth fire enough to ignite a campfire to a giant rock. Seeing this, Godo stepped back a little and stood straight up. The fire continued to disappear like it was being put off using water. The man was now in a state of massive confusion,
"What the hell is with this guy??" he muttered.
"It's just myself."
"The fu- you can hear me?"
Not answering this Godo said,
"Five Step Assault: Hyper Assassination"
Slowly moving forward, he took 1 step, 2 steps, 3 steps, 4 steps and finally walking right past him, the fifth step. Instantly Godo disappeared and appeared to the position he was previously in.
"So you are just a fricking illusionist."
Just as he said that, his left hand and leg disappeared. The man slowly looked at the left side of his body, as he realised two of his limbs were missing, his face of arrogance slowly turned into that of a terrified expression, as he did not even feel any pain even till now, he was even more terrified causing him to fall down. Godo then asked the man,
"Who are you? Are you the one who have been sending people my way to capture me?"
"I-I-I Fgh I- It wa-w-wa-was all ma-ma-m-my-m-m-m-me"
"What did you say, SPEAK PROPERLY!"
"I-i I am Fugh Shan, the leader of one of the sub-divisions of the group."
"The group? Well non of my concerns anyway, i shall ask you one last thing, what is your goal, wait no, what is your final goal."
"To resurrect- L-Lore the Ma-Ma-Ma-Magical Calamity and rule the-the-the world under him." he said while shivering.
The moment he said the last lines, Godo cut off his head and muttered,
"The greed of a mortal." he said making a stern face.
Then he quickly cleaned himself and the body. He didn't touched the other bodies. Then he proceeded to go back to the caravan,
"So what happened to him."
"Uh, he.... Yes he suddenly just ran away. I think he realised he was outnumbered and did it."
"But you shouted SPEAK PROPERLY pretty loudly."
"Umm that.. Was just me talking to myself."
"Yourself?? Ughh, that's kinda creepy."
"Ok anyway, how are your injuries."
"It's mostly fine. Also could you tell the other merchants and passengers everything is safe now?"
"Ok, i shall tell them that."
