"I would never let anybody to get in my way" Lilly challenged with a dangerous smirk creeping onto her lips. She looked like she was ready to go to any extent to get what she wants .
Kunny was surely pissed seeing Lilly in such a state. She was a very strict officer who sticked on to the rules and was very loyal to her work.
"How did you even know about this lady in the first place? She literally was about to spit everything to Jordan!" Kunny exclaimed a little tensed.
"This dummy always followed us around, but I kept quite out of curiosity about her hidden intentions also I felt disturbed with her emotions. But today she crossed the limits so she got the present she deserved!" Lilly angrily spoke taking a few glances at the lady who was screaming out of pain.
"But Lilly, Hurting somebody isn't the solution for everything!" Kunny raised her voice.
"Nah! Pleasing or requesting isn't my type! ...You touch me? I'll poke you but if you poke me? I'll scratch you!" Lilly indirectly warned the lady at the back who was now tearing up due to pain that was increasing due to bullet shot.
"This isn't right!" Kunny declared opposing her, huffing and rubbing her forehead out of frustration with uneven breaths.
"Mine is a give and take policy, I'll definitely give them back what they deserve!" Lilly gritted her teeth and aggressively changed the gear before speeding up the car.
Kunny scoffed out of disbelief "That isn't the solution at all! First you killed the men in the restroom at that party and now you fricking shot her! What else will you do in the future? How extent will you go? Being an officer do you think I'll stay quite seeing all of these?..." She was infuriated.
Lilly scoffed out of amusement "Oh! Then will you arrest me? Come do it then!" She offered her both hands to Kunny, completely leaving the stearing wheel into the air while the car was still moving in a high speed.
Kunny was frightened on seeing Lilly taking her hands off the stearing wheel and swiftly dragged Lilly's hands back onto it "Are you out of your mind?!"
"Oh I thought you wanted to arrest me?" Lilly questioned out of sarcasm.
"Looks like you're gonna kill us before I arrest you!" Kunny said with a sigh of relief as the car was under control now.
"And you know what? I never killed those men that night! I just knocked them down when they tried to attack me but before I could make my next move, all of them were dead with their bleeding nostrils which is a result of instant poisoning because they exactly knew they would be questioned about their background if they got caught! Looks like they were trained that way in such situations which definitely leaves no clue to catch the actual criminal"
"REALLY? why didn't you tell me before?" Kunny expressed out shock.
"I didn't tell you because anyway you would find out about it in the reports but damn! Your police department is too slow and too lazy! Its been five days already! You people didn't even send the bodies for investigation! Tch! And you are called the public saviors! Wow!?" Lilly mocked her.
Kunny remained mum for a while without arguing because Lilly's words were indeed making sense "That case is investigated by a different officer though, I'm only incharge of Tony's case! Things don't work the same here, you gotta wait for the orders from the higher authority to make moves" Kunny exclaimed.
"FUDGE those orders!" Lilly spitted out of anger.
Soon the car came to halt which made Kunny to look at Lilly out of confusion.
"Your house is here! Get down" Kunny looked at her sorroundings and realized that they were indeed in front of her house .
"Then what about her?" Kunny got out of the car and asked reffering to the lady in the back seat.
"She'll be SAFE with me!" Lilly declared before rolling her eyes.
"Don't you even dare to-" Before Kunny could complete her sentence Lilly drove off, successfully ignoring her.
"Tch! She is annoying when she is pissed" Kunny exclaimed while shaking her head and walked into her house.

Lilly was at the backyard staring at an empty space infront of her, someone could stare at it for seconds and instantly get bored but here she was! Too lost in her thoughts just like everytime. It was getting dark outside and she was too busy in her thoughts to even notice it.
"Is everything ok?"
Lilly jolted a little at the sudden voice, she turned around to see David whose eyes were filled with concern. She pulled a slight smile "Yeah" she said turning back again.
David just sighed seeing how she wasn't ok at all but still was trying hard look like she was all good. He walked a few steps and sat beside her. "Atleast How is everything going ?"
Their conversation went for a while until-
"Oh looks like you too got close to eachother?" Lilly and David conversation was cut off by Jordan who just came home after work.
They both instantly stood up on hearing Jordan making David a little tensed.
"H-How long have you been here?" Lilly nervously asked.
Jordan chuckled "Why are two getting tensed, I may have told you to avoid other guys Lilly but you can freely talk to David, he is a nice person. You don't have to panic"
Lilly and David nervously glanced at eachother. "Y-yeah! Ok I gotta leave, see you!" David walked to leave.
"Going to Honey Jersey?" Jordan asked whileteasing David.
"Ha-ha! Yeah! " David left, closing the door with a Thud.
Jordan and Lilly chuckled looking at eachother "I'll go set the dinner" Lilly excused herself to leave.
"Wait!" He held her wrist, which grew her tense again.
"These are for you beautiful" He handed her a bunch of her favourite flowers. As soon as she saw the flowers her eyes lit up.
"Thank you so much!" She happily exclaimed looking into his eyes. He chuckled at her reaction and brought her close by pulling her waist.
He intensely stared into her eyes with a sincere smile on his lips "I want you to stay with me until the last flower of this bunch dies!"
Lilly forrowed her eyebrows out of confusion before looking at the flowers. She looked back at Jordan "But half of them are artificial silk flowers!"
Jordan chuckled nodding his head. He connected their foreheads and cupped her cheek with a smile "Exactly!"
Then it hit her. Her cheeks turned pink as she couldn't control her blush seeing how cheesy this gentleman was! She was smiling ear to ear looking into his eyes and was too lost into it.
Jordan slowly decreased the distance between eachother while Lilly waited for him to lean in after closing her eyes. Soon their lips met. He kissed her, softly at first and then with a swift gradation of intensity that made her cling to him as the only solid thing in a dizzy swaying world. His insistent mouth was parting her shaking lips, sending wild tremors along her nerves, evoking from her sensations she had never known she was capable of feeling. And before a swimming giddiness spun her round and round, she knew that she was kissing him back. Slowly his kisses shifted to her jaw, down to her neck making sure to leave his mark. She bit her lips hard preventing herself from moaning. Her mind screamed to stop him but her body didn't move according to her will, as if it was cursed under his spell!
Jordan felt her breaths getting higher which made him smile on her skin. He got back to her face and pecked her a few times. "Then I'll go get freshed up baby" He pecked her lips for the last time and left with a proud smirk on his face for having such an effect on her.
Lilly was glued onto her spot. It took her some time to realise what just happened, she caressed her lips still feeling his touch. Her hands moved down to her neck and touched the place where she felt a sting. Her eyes widened when she realised it was a hickey, she sprinted towards the mirror and gasped. It was more darker than she expected also it would surely take a week or two to disappear but still thoughts of Jordan made her lips to curl into a beautiful smile.
