Yamano and Miko are now in the living room. He is teaching Miko how to speak like a human. Currently, Miko is trying so hard but because her love for Yamano is strong, she won't give up on learning so she can communicate with her husband normally.
" Okay, Miko. Just repeat what I just said." said Yamano.
Miko nodded.

"Name.."
N-nyame"
" Look at my lips, Miko. Name..."
" N-name.."
" Is..."
" Is..."
" Miko.."
" Miko.."
" My name is Miko."
" Nya nyaan nya nyaa."
Yamano smacked his forehead. Miko was surprised to see that.
" Miko. You do it again." said Yamano.
" Nyaa nya nyaaa nyan. Nyan nyaaa." Miko told Yamano.
" Hmm... Habits can be troublesome. You need to work harder to change your habit, Miko-chan." Yamano pet Miko.
Miko quickly crawled towards Yamano and lay down on his lap. She rolls her head back and forth because of the frustration.
" NyaAanyaanyaaanyaaa." Miko frustrated.
Yamano just smiled when looking at his wife.
" Hey, why are you so frustrated, Miko?? There's nothing to worry about here." Yamano tried to console Miko.
Miko's face is now Yamano's lap. She begins to muffle.
" OooooooooOoomm.." Miko said.
" You're not a failure, Miko. Trust me. With enough hard work, you can do it." Yamano pet Miko.
She shifted her attention to Yamano and asked him what is she going to get if he succeeded.
" Darling. Nyaa nya nyan nyaaan nyaa??" Miko asked Yamano.
" You want a reward?? Let's see. Umm... I will give you something delicious to eat." Yamano negotiates with Miko.
Miko shook her head. She wants...something else.
" Nyaa nyan nyaan nya nyaaa??" Miko negotiates with Yamano.
" A kiss?? Umm... I think I'm not ready for that." Yamano scared.
Miko continues to roll on the floor. She want to kiss Yamano but he didn't brave enough for this.
" Miko. I can give you anything you want, Miko. Just not the kiss. Just wait till we get married and then, I can give you one." Yamano has been reasonable.
" Nyaanyaanyaaanyaaa." Miko continues to roll on the floor back and forth.
Seeing Miko like this, Yamano doesn't have a choice.
" Okay. Okay. You win, Miko. If you succeeded, I will kiss you." Yamano had to do it.
Miko's eyes begin to sparkle. She has a purpose now.
" Nyaa, nyaa nyan nyaaa nyaan nya??" Miko asked.
" Where should you start first?? Hmm... I think I have a better idea." Yamano has an idea.
Yamano went to the living room to turn on the television, followed by Miko. She tilted her head as she doesn't understand what Yamano is doing right now. He turns on the tv and searches for a movie.
" Nyaa nya nyaaa nyan, Darling??" asked Yamano.
" Searching for a movie, Miko-chan. Back when I lived in the human world, watching movies has a positive impact on improving listening skills and so is speaking skills. Technically, you can learn how to communicate with people this way." Yamano said.
" Nyan, Nyaa nya nyaan??" Miko didn't understand.
" It's okay, Miko. Just take it easy and you can do it." Yamano replied.
Yamano is now sitting on the sofa as Miko quickly sits beside her husband. She rests her head on Yamano's shoulder while scrolling the movie selection.
" Woah. I have no idea that movies from the Human World are in this world too. Hmm, let's see... " The Devil Wears Prada"?? What do you think, Miko??" asked Yamano.
Miko shakes her head.
" Nyaa." Miko shakes her head.
" Nope?? Okay. How about this one?? "Jurassic World". How about that??" Yamano asked.
" Nyaa!!" Miko scared.
She quickly hide her head behind Yamano as she hugged his arm.
" You scared?? Let's find a movie that you won't be scared of. Wait, I got it. This is one of the classics. "Toy Story". Wanna watch it??" Yamano asked.
The movie managed to get Miko's attention.
" Nyaa nyaan." Miko nodded.
" This is..acceptable. Have you watched this movie, Miko-chan??" Yamano asked.
" Nyaan, nya nyaa nyaan nya." Miko replied to Yamano.
" This is the first time you watch this movie?? Hmm... I will watch this movie with you." Yamano smiled.
Both of them watched the movie. Miko continues to rest her head on Yamano's shoulder. In the first part, Miko enjoyed the movie. Yamano noticed that Miko has a similar attitude. She watched cartoons like a little girl. She laughs, she claps her hands. In the middle of the story, Yamano's phone rings. As Yamano stood, Miko didn't want anything to mess her sweet time with her husband.
" Darling!! Nyaa!!" Miko annoyed.
" It's okay, Miko. I'll be right back with you." Yamano calming Miko.
He went for the phone and answer it.
" Oh, it's Sarah-neechan. Hello?? Sarah-neechan?? Hmm... I'm with Miko. Both of them are watching movies. Dirty movie?? What do you mean by that?? We're just watching Toy Story. Come on, Sarah-neechan. We won't do such a thing. So, what did you call me?? Hmm... What parcel?? I didn't order anything. The same goes for Miko. It's from you?? Wait a second. I'll go get it." said Yamano.
Yamano went to the main door and found a parcel.
" Yes, Sarah-neechan. I found it. I will open it later. Now?? Like right now?? Make sure to open it with Miko too?? Okay, got it. A surprise?? Hmm... I have to see it first. Then, I reconsider it. Good. Okay. Bye." Yamano put the phone down.
Yamano took the parcel and show it to Miko.
" Darling, nya nya nyaan??" Mikk asked.
" It's from Sarah-neechan. I wonder what's inside." Yamano shakes the parcel.
" Hmm... Nyan nyaa nyan nyaaaa??" Miko smiled.
" I don't think it's a present, Miko-chan. But let's just see it first." Yamano pet Miko.
He took scissors and cut the tape on the box. As Yamano opens it, there's so much confetti inside with balloons that suddenly came out from the box and. There are a letter and two tickets inside with sunglasses.
" Look, Miko-chan. There are so many things inside this box." Yamano pointed.
Miko quickly takes the sunglasses and wear them.
She quickly shows it to Yamano.
" Darling. Nya nya nyan nyaan??" Miko asked.
" You look cute wearing it, Miko-chan. Let me read this letter first." Yamano took the letter.
Yamano read the letter as Miko lean beside Yamano, just so she can read it together.

Based on the problem that you and Akihito are having right now, I have decided that to get to know your wife better, all of us will go for a vacation together as a big happy family. We will spend one whole week at Mamono Resort, one of the finest holiday places in this world. In the meantime, please make sure that you have prepared everything that you need, physically and mentally. We will be going there on Friday this week. Before I forgot, there's two tickets. Yamano read the letter and has mixed feelings. Miko wondered what Yamano is thinking right now.
" Hmm... I guess we're about to go for a holiday this Friday. " said Yamano.
" Nyaa?? Nyaan nyan??" asked Miko.
" Yes, Miko-chan. Friday, this week." said Yamano.
Miko clapped her hand. She cannot wait to go there. But Yamano didn't feel happy about it. Miko slowly hugged Yamano from behind.
" Darling?? Nya nyaa nyaan??" asked Miko.
" I'm okay, Miko. Don't worry about me." Yamano replied.
Miko quickly thinks of one thing that can make Yamano think something else.
" Darling. Nya nyan... Nyaa nya nyaan nyaaa??" Miko asked.
" Take a bath together?? Sure, I will wash your body." said Yamano.
A few minutes later, both of them went to the bathroom. Yamano only wears knee-high shorts and a plain white shirt as Miko wear a towel that barely covers her chest. Yamano fills up the tub with warm water. Miko slowly dipped her leg and slowly sat in the tub. Yamano took a pail and fill it with water as he slowly drop the water on Miko's head. Yamano slowly scrubbed Miko's hair and both of Miko's cat ears.
" Nyaaa~~~" Miko felt relieved.
It managed to land a warm smile on Yamano's face. Miko also smiled when looking at her darling husband.
" Thank goodness, Miko. You are now brave enough to take a bath." Yamano praised Miko.
In Miko's mind, she thinks that Yamano just makes fun of her because cats sometimes really hate water.
" Darling!!" Miko shouted.
Yamano giggled and slowly pat Miko's head. With her short, wavy hair, not too slender body and the way she dresses, she looks like a tomboy but her personality make her look feminine. Yamano begins to warm his heart for Miko.
" Darling, nya nyaan??" asked Miko.
" I'm good. Miko, can I ask you a question?? What is the main reason you fell in love with me?? Sarah-neechan said that there are few monster-girl that love humans to add the number of that certain monster-girl's species. Are you that kind of monster-girl, Miko?? Asked Yamano.
Miko shakes her head. She turn his body so she can look in the eye of her husband but she didn't cover her chest. Yamano just focused on looking at Miko.
" Nyaan. Nya nyaa nyan nyaan." said Miko with her gentle voice.
" You love me, from the bottom of your heart?? That's sweet, Miko. It's just... I want to get to know you better and I begin to think that I'm rushing. Miko, I want this relationship to happen because I'm starting to fall in love with you, Miko." Yamano confessed.
Miko begins to blush heavily and starts to hold her hand on Yamano's cheek.
" Darling. Nyaaaa nyan nyaan nya nyaan. Nyaa nyan nyaa." Miko said.
" I fill the void inside your heart?? Same for me, Miko. You have filled the empty part of my hide I am desperate to search. Back in the Human World, I'm a total failure but now, God gave me a second chance to try again, to fix my mistake and this time, I have you to accompany me. To show me my place in whole this." Yamano said.
Miko's heart begins to beat faster. Yamano's confession makes her love Yamano even more. She begins to pounce her husband and rubs her head on Yamano's chest.
" Darling~~ Darling ~~. Darliiiing~~" Miko rubbed her head on Yamano.
" Yabai. Miko, you can't do this. At least, put some cloth on, okay??" Yamano blushed.
Miko giggled and suddenly, she said...
" Mi-Miko love... Darling... so much." Miko said to Yamano.
Yamano begin to smile when Miko said that.
" Oh my goodness. My heart. It's too sweet." Yamano pretends to hold his stomach.
" Darling, nya nyaan??" Miko asked.
" I'm fine, Miko. It's just. The voice when you speak normally is too sweet. We..should celebrate this." Yamano suggested.
" Nyaa..... Nya nyan nya nyaan nyaa nyaa??" Miko asked.
" No, Miko. I can't kiss you. But instead, I will give you this." Yamano said.
He slowly kissed Miko on the forehead. Miko like it so much.
" Nyaaa~~" Miko relieved.
" By the way, Miko. A kiss on the forehead is a good luck kiss. You deserved it, Miko." Yamano praised Miko.
As Miko open her arm to hug Yamano, he accidentally look at Miko's chest and quickly closed his eyes. Miko quickly hides her body by quickly sitting on the tub. Yamano open his slowly and said.
" After this. We should go have some lunch together and buy some stuff for the trip. Okay, Miko." asked Yamano.
" Okay, Darling." Miko nodded.
