One month has passed
Teresa is doing dishes and Marina is playing in the bedroom
A loud knock on the door startled Teresa
She saw who is on the door from the peephole and all the colors drain from her face
Teresa immediately run towards Marina
"Marina come here," Teresa said and put marina in closet
"Baby girl promise me whatever happened you will not come out of this closet or make any noise," Teresa said

Teresa closed the closet and went to the main door She opens the door and three bulky men come inside.
"I told you already I'll return your money as soon as possible" Teresa said
" you're saying this from past one month," one of the men said
"Look I don't have money right now," Teresa said
"Okay don't worry we know how to make you pay," one of the men said

" don't act so innocent cagna," he said and grab teresas jaw
"Please leave me I promise I'll return the money," Teresa said
"No I know you'll again going to fool us seems like we've to teach you a lesson," Another man said and move towards Teresa
Teresa immediately runs towards the bedroom and tried to close the door but was unsuccessful
"you can't escape us," the man said
Little Marina who is watching all this don't understand what is happening but still, she runs to rescue her mother
"leave my Mumma," Marina said
"or what! you will fight with us," he said and laugh
marina tried to hit the bulky man but another man picks marina up
"leave her" Teresa yell
Marina struggled in his grip to free herself but
The man who is holding Marina tightly squeeze
her hand so Marina bite him hard on his arm
"You cagna," the man said and throw Marina on the glass coffee table
Marina fall on the table and the table broke
Thousands Pieces of glass shattered around marina Blood starts flowing from her head and she passes out
"Marina " Teresa scream and push the man
Teresa runs towards marina and tries to wake her up.
All the men thought the girl died so they immediately run from their house
Teresa called the ambulance and they take Marina to the hospital.

Marina is in ICU and doctors are operating her
Teresa is waiting outside impatiently
"Oh God please save my daughter please " Teresa pray
A while later doctors come out of the room
"Doctor how is my daughter" Teresa asked
"She is stable now but her optic nerve is damaged and im sorry to inform you Mrs.De Milano but she can't be able to see again," Doctor said Tears build in teresas eyes
"My little angel is only 6 why God why? her future is destroyed " she cried
"Mrs.De Milano compose yourself you have to be strong for Marina," Doctor said and leave.
Marina is still unconscious and Teresa is sitting near her bed
"My baby don't worry your mother is always with you I will protect you from all the monsters in this world you'll not suffer like me," Teresa said and shed more tears
