"What did you do for detention?" Joy asked before throwing a roll at Nova because he was sleeping.
The roll bounced off his head and landed in his hand. He looked at it before eating it.
"Cleaning and we found something interesting." I told her as Flo tried to steal food off my plate. "A piece of Nova's shirt."
"Was it towards the back corner?" Nova asked us. "There is a loose nail there and I guess that my shirt caught on it. I have been trying to figure out how I got this scratch." He pulled up his shirt and I saw a long scratch that almost covered his whole right side. "Thanks for telling me."
"Damn! I was on that floor! I almost got that!" Bram said before grabbing some more food.
"Sis, how is this English class working for you?" I asked her after smacking her hand away from my food. "Next time your hand goes near my plate, it will become dinner."
