Edward: [ As you can see previously we did Census individually we had to use lot of Animal skin sheets, due to this it takes lot of time to search and also takes lots of space to store and by doing this we require lots of sheets to do that. But know by doing the Census in this way( shown above ) we only need one or few sheets to get all the members of whole family and their family and property details, due to this we require less number of sheets, less space to store and less time to search as we can store the sheets with the status as key point and we only require the family name to search all the members of the family. ]
Like this Edward went on carefully about each content in the census and the advantages by doing in this way.
